El hotel es muy bueno en general, tiene un excelente personal, sobretodo las personas que nos atendieron en el desayuno y bar, muy preocupados de lo podíamos necesitar, la cordialidad de preguntar como habíamos amanecido, si dormimos bien, de ofrecerse a ayudarnos si necesitabamos algo, lo unico que encontré que deberia mejorar el hotel es la ducha del baño porque el chorro es muy debil y no se puede regularla. Habitación comoda, desayuno variado y rico, tragos y sándwiches excelentes.

Peor Servicio de Toda la vida
Un muy mala experiencia, reserve una habitación con vista al mar, al llegar me comentan que está sobre vendido el Hotel y que me harán un “upgrade” a una Suite pero con el mismo costo, efectivamente la habitación es más grande pero con vista al estacionamiento, al basurero del hotel y enfrente un edificio gigante, mal, mal. El Hotel tenía un evento y esto claramente los sobré pasó en todos los servicios, cenar fue imposible, pedir una bebida en el bar ni hablar, mucha menos contestaron el teléfono para un servicio a la habitación, y no sólo fui yo, estaban todos los pasajeros en la misma situación. El baño 2 dos baratas y sucio, ningún shampoo y menos bálsamo para el cabello, todo mal en este hotel

hotel requires significant improvements specially on bathrooms, renew towels and replace curtains, etc. The staff seems more concerned about their cell phones than attending guests, cause for a mediocre level of service.

古いホテルですが、歴史がありそう。 ビーチが目の前でロビーから見える、玄関をくぐるとその美しさに暫し見惚れてしまった。 ロビーBAR、レストラン、古き良きホテルの名残り、コレはとても素敵に感じた。
