Absolutely fine. Great people working there but just light on amenities. Breakfast was a bit meh. But no major complaints.

New and comfortable, the location is very reasonable

Nice hotel, very new and clean. Most rooms have windows that don’t open but they changed me to one that does.

The room is a little small, but very clean. The location is good. It takes only five minutes to walk to the Plaza de Armas and is not far from the monastery. The courtyard for breakfast is very comfortable.

The hotel layout is quite unique, the room is clean and tidy, but it is a bit small

The hotel is brand new, looks smart and is well located. The service was very friendly and helpful; We had a tour that started at 3:00 in the morning and the receptionist actively offered take-away breakfast bags during check-in. They were there for us at the reception at 3:00 a.m. sharp. Unfortunately we didn't have warm water at the sink in the morning and the water didn't drain properly.

This hotel WOW! The beautiful secret behind the walls of the facade will blow you away. Excellent service and the manager Cesar accomodated us late for lunch as he knew we were tired from our travels. Such personal service Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Amazing location. Highly recommended for business and pleasure

From the outside, one can easily pass the hotel without even noticing it. But once you walk through and into the lobby, you’re transported to another time zone 500 years in the past. Large cinder blocks smartly constructed make up most of the front area. The breakfast area in particular is quite cool. All the details of housekeeping, breakfast and furnishings are what you’d expect in a 5 star Hilton. It’s rated 4 star because there’s no swimming pool, and other facilities like that due to space. Though they do have two jacuzzis outside the gym. The staff was absolutely great everywhere. Saul in reception was great and helpful with everything and anything. Josue in housekeeping makes the room like a Marine! The General Manager, César Diaz is super personable and really has an incredible staff! He was giving us some great tips about traveling in the North as well. Overall, you can’t go wrong there. It’s also a bit less than other Hiltons or Doubletree there. Dollar for dollar, this is the best value. We will be back! Howard S.

this hotel was outstanding. the staff are wonderful top notch professional. the hilton website let me book the room even though i clearly stated i needed to sleep 3. the staff and manager went and got a bed out of storage (not a rollaway) a real bed brought it to the room and made sure it was perfect. they were fully booked for the night. I can't tell them how much I appreciated it. 5 stars and an additional for the effort. do not be fooled by the outside entrance of the hotel it is 100% modern and beautiful on the inside.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and after checking in to our room, we were too tired to find a place to go out to eat. Instead, we decided to eat in the little restaurant in the hotel. It was the best food we’ve ever had at a Hampton Inn. We ordered minestrone soup, and stuffed pepper with a potato strata that were delicious and just what we needed after a long day of travel. Cesar Dias, the manager and Javier Goyzuela, the waiter were both very attentive and accommodating, answering our questions about the food, the area, and a football match that was playing on the TV while we ate. The hotel itself is nice. Our room is basic but comfortable - very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is included with a good variety of food with great fruit. The staff is very polite and accommodating.

Hampton by Hilton Arequipa is a fantastic hotel. It was quite a surprise to be honest because it is not the typical Hampton. It is a traditional Peruvian full with walls on stone, plus the location is great. We were lucky to Violeta and Saul at the Front Desk and Luis at the restaurant, who made our stay memorable. Thanks and hope to be back soon!
