I had a truly disappointing experience at Elegance Luxury Executive suits in Zakynthos. First and foremost, the prices are outrageously high for what you get. The basic amenities you'd expect in a luxury suite were sorely lacking. The shower had no hot water, which made for a miserable start to each day. To make matters worse, it seemed like almost everything in the suite was out of order or in need of maintenance. From broken fixtures to malfunctioning appliances, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. One of the most troubling aspects of my stay was encountering a ****** bartender. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience. It's disappointing that the staff didn't address this issue promptly. Lastly, when I tried to relax at the swimming pool area, I was told there were "no towels" available. This is a basic amenity that should be provided without question at a luxury establishment. Overall, my stay at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was a regrettable experience filled with disappointment and discomfort. I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. I almost forgot to mention the poor breakfast experience. The breakfast served at Elegance Luxury Executive suits was subpar at best. The options were limited, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. It felt like they were cutting corners even with this basic meal, further contributing to the overall disappointment of my stay.

Except for the location, which is a bit off, everything else is perfect! A very good stay experience. The first choice for vacationing with friends in Greece. The hotel has complete facilities, a beautiful environment, and the swimming pool is also very good.

The room is very new and has a little decoration smell. The water pressure feels a bit low. The hygiene is good. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is buffet and the items are different every day. The taste is okay. The own swimming pool is very good🫶🏻

It cost me 35 euros to get from the airport to the hotel. I felt really bad because the hotel was quite close. When I arrived, I felt cheerful when I saw the sea and the beautiful lady at the front desk. The room is large and has an independent private bath. Unfortunately, I didn't use it and only used the jacuzzi. The service staff of the hotel are very polite whether in the front desk, guest room or restaurant.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the room with swimming pool, the calm of the hotel. THANKS

Located on a mountain in Zakynthos Island, the hotel has very complete facilities, very large rooms, rich breakfast, and very attentive service. The only downside is the remote location.

Good value for money, recommend renting a car

I have visited over 40+ countries and over 200 hotels. I can say: this hotel is amazing from A-Z. We had a elegance suite in the new building with panoramic view (upgrade), the breakfast was of amazing quality, the hotel was peaceful and had all facilities but what makes this hotel TOP is the extremely lovely staff, thank you a lot to all the staff and especially Christa and Stantis for treating us like family. They go over the top to make sure you feel comfortable. I came with my mother and she felt the same. God bless you. Strongly recommended! Def will come back.

I had such a fantastic time here on a solo holiday for my birthday! The staff were so friendly! Chrissy was amazing! The staff brought out a cake and sang for me on my birthday, they helped me organise excursions! I had a wonderful masssge and the food was amazing (half board). I really enjoyed my stay and I can’t thank the hotel enough for making sure that I had a special birthday! Would love to come back again! Stephanie from London!

Outstanding service from very friendly staff. They really understand what the good customer service is. I spend long weekend there with my wife for our 20 years wedding anniversary. Staff helped me to make arrangements to surprise her and to make the stay memorable.Really good food served professionally. Really recommend this place for romantic breaks.

Visited Zakynthos the first time during May 2022. Picked specially an adult-only-hotel and this one is serving it perfectly. A littlebit hidden from the mainroad with a nice view on the sea. Awesome atmosphere, fresh, rich and homemade buffet in the morning, very talented cook serving a 5 round dinner every evening. Everything made on a daily basis with herbs from local garden behind the hotel. Delicous red and white wines. Staff is very charming and helpful concerning local tips as well all of them speaking fluently English specially Stamatis has to be named as the good soul of the hotel☺️

It was a deception since the arrival. Hotel doesn't live up to it's 5 stars neither it's hefty price tag. The photos aren't fair since it's on the poor management that lies the problem. Some of the staff are really nice though. Not recommended

Nice big rooms with a big jacuzzi in the middle. Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent cleaning and incredably helpful and serviceminded staff. Very good and rich breakfast, with big variety of choises. Situated in a quiet olive grove with a spacious pool area. On the downside: rooms need a general freshing up, wallpaper not sticking to the wall, flush botton in the toilet coming off the wall, no forreign channels on the tv provided. if those things would be taken care of my rate would be a strong 5!!!!!!!!

Best honeymoon trip ever!!!! This was an amazing choice. Beautiful spot on the hill with views of the sea . Very comfortable suite with everything you need, including a jacuzzi inside the room. Breakfast was homemade with fresh local products. The staff are very welcoming and friendly people. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
