Malkia Trees Lodge
4.7/549 Reviews
Malkia Trees Lodge is a very nice hotel, very very green as the photos indicate. The rooms are nice and spacious with TVs and hot showers. The staff are * very * kind and helpful. One night my son was not feeling well and Albert walked with me to the nearest pharmacy to buy some medicine. That is service that you not always find. The restaurant is good, not a huge variety as they prepare things fresh for you, and if you need to leave early in the morning, they will prepare a box to take with you. Highly recommended. One thing to note is that there are stairs to go up to the rooms and restaurant, if you have mobility problems or use a wheelchair this may not be your best option.
Seven Skies Hotel

This hotel was surprisingly good, I did not aspect much after staying in Moshi for few days. The hotel located in a very busy area, I stayed during the weekend and there are lots of night life nearby. My rooms was located it on 7th floor therefore noisy was not an issue for me and I also have a big view of Kilimanjaro!!! Room was clean, I believe it was newly refurnish. Air condition was strong and bed was comfortable. The down side was breakfast, not a lot to choose from but it was tasty and fresh.
Arusha Giraffe Lodge
4.3/518 Reviews
Had the pleasure to stay at Arusha Giraffe Lodge during our vacation in Tanzania. The manager Mr. Msuya along with Rajabu, Glory and Joice who did everything to help us out. Delicious food, nice roomservice, great location a bit away from the city center with the sounds from the animals and nature. It's easy to grab a daladala (only 500 shilling per person) and you'll find yourself downtown. Otherwise the lodge also provides help driving you around for a very reasonable price. The AC didn't work in our first room but the new room had a nice working AC and with a better mosquito net too. The floor in the bathroom can get super slippery after showering but we got small towels to provide it. This lodge is very price worthy indeed, the staff are amazing and I feel this is definitely a place I'd return to! Thanks to Rajabu for the delicious food, to Glory for everything and to Joice for your wonderful smile. A special thanks to Mr. Msuya for making us feel so comfortable, for your hospitality and teaching me swahili!
The Charity Hotel International
3.8/521 Reviews
This hotel is very reasonably priced for the comforts on offer. The rooms are large. There is a full sized bath tub in the double room. Toothpaste, toothbrush and soap is offered. Hot water is available from 3am to 10 pm. There is a small restaurant. Don't be put off by the fact that it is down an unpaved path. The hotel is fine and the staff very professional.
Burka Coffee Lounge
3.9/54 Reviews
We were in Arusha to attend the Kilifair trade fair and we chose Burka since it was near where the trade fair was being held. The hotel is a small boutique hotel situated in a posh quiet neighbor hood which made it have a homely feel. It has a unique classy rustic finish with very good manicured landscape which is my kind of vibe. The rooms were very spacious with full amenities replenished everyday including a toothbrush!! .I really enjoyed their African foods. You will get good view of Mount Meru from the hotel. We had a very good time and got to meet 2 of the directors who both went an extra mile to ensure we having a good time. Special appreciation to one of the director's Godwin for ensuring we had a good even outside the hotel. Cheers to you! I highly recommend this hotel we will definitely be back!
Equator Hotel
3.9/520 Reviews
This is probably the best Indian food I have tasted. The menu is so big I was suspicious that they would be able to deliver on everything but they did and it is all delicious and fresh. Great vegetarian and vegan choices and my partner assures me the meat is as good. All this and amazing value, great customer service and beautiful quiet gardens right in the middle of Arusha. Had a look round the hotel today too and if retro is your thing I would definitely recommend it!! So this would be my No 1 choice in Arusha. Treat yourself. Thank you Christina for your great service too!
