When we entered the hotel, the decoration was cute, and although the check-in was digital, we were given a polite explanation, and there was a brief explanation while we were waiting in line. The welcome drink was delicious. The room was stylish with an unusual layout. I was not satisfied with the facilities, the refrigerator was not cold. Usually, if you put an ice pack on the top shelf, it will freeze by the next morning, but this time it was a little cold. The drinks were cold enough to be a little warm. Where is the heating in the room when the outside temperature is 10 degrees? You can turn on the air conditioner, but it doesn't seem to heat it... should I have asked the front desk? The hotel's indoor wear was one size fits all, and it looked tight for my husband. There was laundry detergent residue and several white spots. It would have been nice if the toothbrushes were different colors - both were black, and the place where they were placed was not in Japanese, and it was difficult to understand because the word "toothbrush" was written so small that it was hard to see on the bag. The breakfast venue had a lot of seats, but it was crowded and we had to wait. It was my first experience waiting for breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast itself was very satisfying, especially the bread, which was very delicious and small in size, so we were able to eat a lot of different things! Breakfast was great! It's expensive for what it is. Overall it was just average, but maybe I expected too much because it's Hoshino Resorts.
