This place is great as it’s a combination of a hotel and an apartment. You get totally clean, spacious rooms with a kitchen (including washing machine), bathroom, big internet tv, and a balcony. They have very few staff which I guess is how they keep it so cheap. Definitely no complaints.

Great service. They tried their best to give me my room ahead of check in time along with a complimentary breakfast. Great buffet spread. Maybe as an improvement, add something something new each or every other day. I stayed a total of 5 days in between tours. Rooms were always clean. If had to find any improvement, maybe have a bidet in every toilet. But overall, I recommend this hotel. Close enough to city centre via subway or €8-10taxi.

The boss is super nice! The surrounding environment is safe and the room space is sufficient. Most attractions in the city can be reached on foot. There are large supermarkets and coffee shops about 5 minutes away. On some dates, there is a produce market on the street behind the accommodation, which is very convenient for tourists to buy (big Must buy when recommending honey!) There are cats playing in the small garden outside the room, so I don’t want to leave. The only thing that could be improved is that the bathroom stairs are too slippery!

The room is comfortable, warm, clean and tidy, and the elevator is very convenient. Fully equipped and convenient for cooking. Good location, very close to the subway station, there is a supermarket nearby. The landlord is very good, the communication is proactive and timely, we will not use the stove, and after they go home, they will come to us to demonstrate. Very recommended

Small cozy hotel. The rooms are small, but everything you need is there. A big plus is that they were allowed to check in at 12 noon. The location is convenient in Pagrati, close to many restaurants and cafes.

After all, it is an adult hotel and there are a lot of ****, but I helped clean it up the next day after I didn't use it. There was no hot water at first, but it was repaired quickly after calling. I started calling at 7:30 every morning. Free breakfast is provided; the trash can in the bathroom seems to be broken and it is difficult to open it with your feet, but other than that there are no problems; the charging port in the room is in the corner of the room and not at the bedside, which is still a bit inconvenient; the staff recognize their faces , and very welcoming; I checked out an hour late on the last day and they didn’t charge me more, which was great.
