It was our first day in Athens and this place offer all the right accomodation. The location is in walking distance from Acropolis in 10-15mins. We forgot to take a photo of the place but it is very spacious for 3 people and perfect for a group. Having indoor slippers are the best because we are not used to wearing footwears at home. lol also it is really nice and quiet while sleeping because you rarely hear noise from the street. The water heating button is something you need to get used to but we learned that turning on water heater is pretty norm in airbnb/private lodgings. The owner/manager JingJing was extremely helpful and answers back immediately. We were looking for a place to keep our luggage for a couple of days and she kept our luggages with reasonable price. If you have any question around service & local information, she'll be helping you.

Absolutely amazing! The biggest room I've ever seen in a historic European building! It's huge! Great location, air-conditioned, and has a kitchen. The front desk lady was also lovely and even offered complimentary breakfast, which they delivered to the room.

I emailed them in advance about my late-night arrival and received detailed instructions for self-check-in, which made the process very smooth. I felt safe traveling here alone as a solo female traveler. It is not right in the city center, but everything is within walking distance if you like to walk. The towels and bedding were a bit worn out, but they were very clean, and all the staff members were kind.

We stayed at Heritage Hill Hotel Athens for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended many nice places for us to visit and enjoy during our time in Athens. A special mention also goes to Agni, who took care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly helpful, provided excellent service, and had such a warm and lovely attitude that made our mornings even better. The hotel location is also very convenient, as it is very close to the Acropolis, just one train station away. The room we stayed in was quite spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the shower — the water pressure was great, and the water temperature was perfect. The hot water was just right. On top of that, their olive oil shampoo was amazing as well. If we come back to Athens again, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is genuinely one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. The location is excellent—close to all major sights, so there is no need for public transport. The room is spotless, well organised, and tastefully decorated. Most importantly, the host is exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed support. Outstanding value for money, and I recommend it without hesitation. 這家民宿確實是我住過最好的之一。地點非常便利，步行即可到達市中心所有主要景點，完全不需要搭地鐵。房間乾淨整潔、佈置雅緻。最值得一提的是民宿主人非常熱心，無論遇到什麼問題都盡力協助。性價比極高，我非常推薦。

Fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. Every day, there were dedicated staff members to help with luggage and operate the elevator. The hotel's location is in one of the best areas of Greece, so you don't have to worry about safety. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's very close to the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient! The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Athens.

Our flight was canceled yesterday due to a strike. Anna went above and beyond to assist us—she was not only deeply concerned about our situation but also incredibly eager to help us arrange a new flight and accommodations. We are truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

Good hotel. Very convenient location. There are many taverns, cafes and gelaterias nearby. Since it is very difficult to find something decent for a normal price in Athens. The price is of course overpriced for the location, not for the service in the hotel. But as in all of Europe. Good and new hotels are not about Europe(((.
