The facility is not user friendly. It’s just so so.

A very well located hotel with very nice staff at reception and breakfast service. The reception and lounge areas are nice and well decorated. Rooms are renovated but not to high standards and bed is very uncomfortable sadly... So rooms does not reflect a 4 star hotel. However reception area and breakfast are not bad. A mixed experience but fir the price it was ok if we consider this hotel a 3 star quality hotel.

Advantages: Very close to the train station, the lobby is beautifully decorated. Disadvantages: The air flow in the room is very poor. There are mosquitoes when the window is opened. At the same time, the sewer smells back and the room smells terrible. The staff sprayed air freshener to no avail. We felt like we were living in the toilet and felt dizzy. When we asked to change rooms, the staff said we could only change to a smaller room. We took a look and found that the air and lighting in that room were even worse, like a cellar. I don’t know how this hotel can be rated as a four-star hotel. It is not even as good as the three-star hotels in Nice and Paris. Not recommended!

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old city walls and Avignon downtown train station. It is very convenient to walk to various attractions in the old city. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby.

It is close to the train station and within walking distance to the Popes Palace and Roche des Doms. It was nice that there were many good restaurants near the square. I want to stay here again on my next visit to Avignon.

The staff’s professionalism and dealing with people are obviously not in line with what hotel staff should have, and they obviously feel racial discrimination in the face of different guests. Complaints are waiting for a response from the hotel. Customers who are thinking of booking this hotel must think twice, if you encounter that thin middle-aged man, it may make people feel extremely uncomfortable.
