優點：房間比較大，有個小陽台，環境也安靜
缺點：要開車去鎮上吃飯，餐飲選擇比較少，價格相對其他城市的四星級要高

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, allerdings fehlt die Klimaanlage bei diesen Temperaturen sehr. Das Frühstück war sehr unfangreich und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Flabet mør herte i receptionen lørdag aften, flink herre søndag, skulle have informeret gæsterne om kæmpe fest i nabogården med høj musik, svært og sove.Manglede aircondition på værelset.

The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war es abends etwas laut.
Normal hätte ich vier Sterne vergeben aber der Service im Beauty Salon war sehr unprofessionell. Vor Ort wurden einfach alle unsere Massagetermine für den Folgetag storniert obwohl diese gebucht und auch bestätigt waren. Der Beauty Salon habe an diesem Tag geschlossen hieß es vor Ort….

Bel établissement, belles et grandes chambres bien équipées (nous avions réservé un studio) mais ne qui correspond plus aux exigences d'un 4 étoiles notamment à cause de l'absence de climatisation. Et début septembre la température étant très élevée, nous en avons souffert. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est varié et plutôt bon. Le soir, l'hôtel propose aussi un buffet d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Mais le meilleur de ce Best Western (et aussi de la ville de Bad Mergentheim qui ne mérite qu'un passage de quelques heures...) est incontestablement le superbe parc thermal. Et croquette sur la gamelle, les chiens y sont admis (comme au Best Western d'ailleurs)
