Poor gym. Good staff and breakfast. Amazing location. Nice room.

Overall, the service, facilities and environment are good. The room is relatively small, and there are no facilities at the front desk where you can sit and talk and wait for a taxi like in domestic hotels. The place to eat is nice, the breakfast is rich in variety and the food quality is good. The staff serve you with a smile and proactively ask what you need. It’s great.

In a particularly beautiful town, there is no anxiety in contracting a sauna by one person. Greek restaurants nearby are highly recommended

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage am Ende des Helenentals. Freundliches Personal, saubere und grosse Zimmer. Wir haben am Grill-Buffet teilgenommen. Grosse Auswahl und genügend für alle. Fleisch z.T. leider etwas zulange auf dem Rost. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This hotel is very good. Lovely breakfast, clean rooms with good beds. AC if you need it. Great views. The staff is very helpful. We really enjoyed the location in the small suburb of Baden near Vienna and found the drive to Vienna very reasonable and the value at this hotel very good. The town of Baden is also charming and worth exploring. Our family of 5 stayed in the Carl Sacher Suite which had plenty of room for us all and an upgraded bathroom. This is a good place to stay and we will be back again one day.

Hotel Sacher Baden is located on the outskirts of Vienna's charming bedroom community Baden. The location is quiet and peaceful and within view of an abandoned castle ruin on a nearby hill. The setting is lovely and the hotel has all you will need for a stay in Baden. The rooms are fairly standard: basic, but clean and comfortable, and certainly affordable. The staff were helpful, but you probably won't require much assistance from them. There is free parking at the hotel and nearby.

Initially I had booked one night at this hotel but I thought it was so good, I decided to stay the second weekend night here as well. The hotel is located amidst beautiful nature and it is very quiet, yet relatively close to Vienna, in case one wants to take a trip to the city. The best of both worlds really, close to a vibrant city, but at the same time serene. I found the price competitive, the parking is free and I used both the fitness room and the sauna, both very decent. I was mostly impressed by the flexibility and the professionalism of the Hungarian gentleman working at the reception, sorry I don't know his name but I'd like to pass my compliments on to him again. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and we thought it was well presented and tasy. Breakfast was very good too. Wonderful hotel with nice rooms, large bathrooms and well maintained interiors.
