I made this reservation on *******. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. She said that “I” could go to one of their other properties and see if they could accommodate. She would not call and check. She told me that “I” could email the owner, but she did not give me an email address. In fact, she made zero attempts to fix this situation, but they did already collect the money. I had to spend 2 hours on the chat with ******* support just to try and get a refund. VERY unprofessional, bordering on comical.
