GGuest UserIt was absolutely incredible. I’ve been there before but im telling you for someone that’s had a beach house there for years, no longer, this was the best. They treated us like queens. I’m so impressed. Hadn’t been there in years. Perfect. Had the best room, best service. I read someone right a review it was nothing special. I don’t know what they were expecting but it was the best.

GGuest UserA very nice and large room with a separate sitting area with mini fridge, microwave and dining table. Bathroom tub was super large and very nice. The bed linens are top quality and very comfortable.

GGuest UserChecking in was a great experience, and the room was very nice, meeting all our needs. However, the swimming pool and hot tub were not ready; they had chlorine mixing and bugs in them.
The staff was wonderful and very personable throughout the entire stay. Breakfast was a perfect 10 out of 10! The staff member working the breakfast on July 1st truly excelled. She greeted every customer as they entered, making them feel welcome. She was helpful when needed and ensured that the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. She even made more fresh and hot as they emptied.

GGuest UserGreat location, friendly people, great breakfast, good stuff in the gym although it’s very tight for more than one person at a time, and my only real complaint is that the rugs and rooms haven’t been changed since 1972. Some type of green and brown swirl pattern that took us back in time 50 years. Time for a remodel, and then this place would be banging!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice it’s a Hilton after all but when we got settled into the room we noticed there was bits of a styrofoam takeout container on the floor in the living room and the bed was poorly made; it looked thrown together. Then when we went to shower, there was hair stuck to the back wall of the shower that housekeeping had neglected to get off. I mentioned these things to the lady at the front desk when checking out and she seemed uninterested of this so.

GGuest UserThe hotel was really nice despite a few minor issues in the room! The walls were super thin so you could hear everything, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect - right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Some maintenance issues, but overall it was a great stay!

JJINGThe hotel is right next to the beach and has free parking. There is a refrigerator and utensils in the room to cook. Ctrip booked very quickly, but the hotel front desk said that they did not receive the money, and recorded my credit card again. I don't know if I will deduct the money.
