I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Service was nice, good breakfast buffet in the morning 7-11am. Clean rooms, good WiFi. Easy walking distance and taxi service cheap. Would recommend for cheap price. Fast check in service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Best western kuta beach, bali. Yhis is my first visit and stay to this hotel, which the location very famous specially to who loves surfing, swimming, sunbathing... 800 m fr the to the famous kuta beach bali. Surrounding by five star hotels, culinairy, beachwalk mall, cafes. The hotel is nice, the room is comfort, clean, tidy, safety box, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, nice linen pillows'bed/blanket. Breakfast is nice even simple ...

stayed for two nights here and the location is excellent as well. Even though there is no direct access to the beach, it can be reached by walking through an alley in about five minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of many excellent dining establishments and can be reached by foot from the majority of Legian's surrounding areas. It's a great idea to go up to the rooftop pool early to avoid the crowds, though. The breakfast, which included both local and international options, was also excellent.

Perfect for this price range. Room was super clean, ambience was nice, service was good too. I did not have breakfast here but the breakfast area was nice in my opinion. I had no complaint & I’m quite picky over hotels. Overall I’m satisfied and will surely come back here. Thank you Grand Zuri, keep up the good work :)

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

The room is so clean, I enjoyed staying in Aston Denpasar for 3 nights, maybe I'll be back soon, if I'm going to Bali. The staff is so nice, and the breakfast is good. The wifi is kinda slow, but i still can use it. Thanks Aston Denpasar 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We stayed 1 night (19-20 October 2019), with an order on behalf of the wife. The location of the hotel is in the city center with large highways, so traffic jams are rare. Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour mini market, so it's easy to buy something. But you have to be more aware when crossing, because the road is always congested & vehicles are passing very fast. Parking & drop offs Guests are quite spacious, making it easier for those who bring vehicles. The hotel lobby is closed without any signposts or staff standing guard at the front door, making it confused for the first time staying here. We arrived at the hotel around 14:30 pm, then we checked in very easily & quickly. Not forgetting we were also given a welcome drink, which was refreshing on a hot afternoon. But it's a pity, the bellboy didn't help us carry things to the room. The bellboy staff just kept quiet, without any initiative to help. Even though we brought 2 bags, along with 2 toddlers who would be very helpful if the bellboy had the initiative. We got a room on the 2nd floor (225), with a view of the city. Large bed, according to what we ordered. The room contains a table, chairs, telephone, ample storage, plenty of clothes hangers (no closet), a water heater, 2 drinking cups, 2 bottles of mineral water & some sachets of tea and coffee. The air conditioner works well, because it feels cold quickly. Cable tv with various channels, but unfortunately a little bit shaded. Complete toiletries, shampoo, bar soap / liquid, toothpaste & toothbrush, tissue and body lotion. There is no hair dryer provided, may have to ask first. The bathroom uses a shower, but unfortunately a large shower for adults cannot be used. Water pressure is also very less, and does not release enough heat. The swimming pool is divided into 2 levels (adult & childs), with a sufficient size of both. But the path to the children's pool is not maintained, in the form of sand with grass and the surrounding area is poorly maintained. So after the kids ”swim, their feet will get dirty with the ground to go to the rinse. At night we try to order food at the hotel (room service), at a very affordable price. We order sandwiches, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken soto & french fries (all of which have a pretty good taste). Tomorrow morning we have breakfast, with a varied menu with good taste too (cereals, bread, rice and various ”side dishes). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel. But it would be nice if the shortcomings we get, can be fixed in the future. Thanks & Regards Ryan Valiant

I am happy I chose this hotel for my first accommodation in Bali. As I was traveling from the Caribbean it took me 4 days to the island and accommodation which offers good rest, great service and accessibility is very important. I am an industry professional myself and I give this hotel top marks. Beautiful property and very friendly and wonderful staff. Sukur and Helen from the reception are absolutely amazing. It was really awesome interacting with them during the check-in and check-out procedures. P.S. Helen’s mandarin is excellent, a big asset in the hotel industry and Sukur passion for the industry and his job makes a very good first impression. The breakfast team to include Sevira, Manik, Adi, Havita and Arik were all amazing and identified me by name and knew my preferences every morning. I highly recommend this property its location is ideal, new and modern facilities and the value for money. I’ll definitely return again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Merusaka! It's a beautiful property that's a rare Indonesian owned and run hotel in the resort central of Bali. We stayed in a pool access rooms which was particularly perfect for a family with a baby. It's only 1.2m deep which is perfect for getting the littlies used to water in a somewhat private space (only shared with 4 other rooms and no one else was ever in the pool when we were!). Bed was gigantic and so comfy, great shower, huge bath (did not use) and a sofa lounger perfect for chilling and breastfeeding on. Great breakfast and facilities at the Merusaka. Never short of a lounge chair at the beautiful stretch of beach just infront of the hotel. The morning sunrise yoga was perfect way to start the day and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Super walkable to the gates of the ITDC so you can explore the world yonder. Felt like literally next door to Bali Collection. Left my son's swim hat at the hotel and staff coordinated with me and GoJek to send the hat to me in Legian. Could not fault the Merusaka. Wonderful wonderful stay - thank you. We will be back.
