Love this place and really pleasure to stay at this hotel, nice view

The villa was very hospitable and I would definitely stay here again if I come to Bali. The staff were all very polite and kind, and it was a great time. The food was delicious. Even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they welcomed us with a smile and we were able to relax.

Canggu is just a shabby street, but once you go in, you will find a different world of exquisite tranquility. They are all single-family houses with private swimming pools and modern facilities. The breakfast is delicious

The biggest reason for me to choose to stay again is that the food is really great and there are not many other options around. We stayed at the hotel for two days without going anywhere. We experienced yoga classes and spa, and the room was very comfortable. Comfortable. It has strong privacy and is suitable for couples to vacation. The boss is a talkative Canadian. During dinner, every table came to say hello and chat for a while. On the first day we checked in, we found blood stains on the bath towels. It was obvious that they were not replaced after check-out. This is the reason for the low hygiene score. The hotel does not have an exclusive lobby. When you check in, a butler will lead you to follow up and introduce you one by one. There is WhatsApp for service communication, and tablets are provided in the room.

The room's landscape environment, room design, details and color matching... are all perfect. The environment is first-class, with a mini version of a green forest, a swimming pool and a bathtub surrounded by tropical green plants, giving it a full resort atmosphere. The service staff are sincere, enthusiastic and extremely friendly. Even the hotel owner is very humble and friendly. Whenever they meet in the hotel every day, they will ask about the accommodation situation and food and beverage feedback. The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious, and it can be seen that the owner has good taste, and the food and dishes are carefully designed.

This is my first time to post a review because this hotel is too comfortable. Both the service and the environment are worth staying! I especially like the feeling of being surrounded by a jungle. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is located close to the city without being very noisy. The hotel service team is polite, patient and friendly. There are many types of meals to choose from, with good taste and large portions. The hotel is very clean and tidy, with good equipment. You can relax when you stay there. , there are only 6 rooms in the entire hotel, but there are nearly 20 hotel team services at the same time, making people feel at home! If you have the chance to go to Bali, this is a hotel worth trying!

The environment is very good, and they will provide suggestions for entertainment projects. The prices are very suitable and convenient. Desa Hey is nothing short of exclusive luxury. Modern, authentic, every little detail considered… it is very special. Staff were clearly highly trained and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure your experience. Food was excellent… a couple of dishes which were a let down, but overall sensational. Breakfast was in particular a highlight (try the croissants!). The room was private, all mod cons, comfortable and chic. You’re connected to the hotel through a watsapp group which is efficient and useful. Room service is quick for drinks. Couple of calls outs… we were jet lagged and as it was a small hotel, room service closed before we were ready to eat (understandably). It would have been great to have the food delivered in a hot box so we could have enjoyed it later in the night. Also, as soon as you leave the hotel, you will need transport. The hotel will call you a taxi but it’s good to know if you’re making plans (About 1.5 hours from the airport)

We had amazing week in Desa Hay. Excellent hotel and perfect staff. Really nice food in restaurant. We spent 6 days in hotel and it was perfect spot to enjoy Bali for the first time. The hotel is super clean. Wather is drikable. It is nice and quiet. Hope we will return.

Desa Hay is a rare find for the Canggu area! It's tucked away in the quiet and lush neighborhood of Tumbak Bayu - just far enough from central Canggu to escape the noise, yet only 2 minutes from all the best sights and restaurants of Pererenan. However, you may not not to stray too far once you taste the incredible food served in house at the Desa Hay restaurant! I've lived in Canggu for nearly 6 years now and can tell you first hand that this little getaway truly is a hidden gem for this area. When it comes to staff, Desa Hay is leaps and bounds above the rest. From the moment you walk through the doors, you'll feel like family. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Desa hay bali service is 10/10, perfect for vacation, ubud vibes in canggu 💖, great place, instagramable spot around the villa, great for relaxing, very calm and cozy. I will visit again next time i go to bali 🙏🏻

We absolutely loved the place. It has been made really well and it has a zen-like feeling to it. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving the room at all. Everything feels one with nature and at the same time is very modern. A great place to stay in Canggu for sure.
