The room is big and neat. The customer service is good but just check in a little bit dragging. The only flaw is that the shower head is leaking for my room.

Sharing my stay experience at this hotel: 1. Arrived 1ish pm and informed that room not ready (its ok since check in time is 2pm). However, they allocated room number 3xx for me and my family. I signed a form for that then we went out for lunch. 2. Arrived back at hotel around 5pm. Receptionist informed us room will be available in 10mins. Waited more than 10mins, asking many times, no confirmation. After we waited and kept complaining at the front desk, room available at 7pm. What make things worst: not a single sorry from hotel staff, not even once ! They told us why dont we waited, why came to hotel very late, and some other non-sense statement. The the day after we asked for 2hrs late check out which they rejected and only allowed us till 1pm ( regardless we enter the room 5hrs late) At room, we asked for one extra towel, i repeat ONE piece of towel, they rejected since they said hotel policy not allowing extra towel. At breakfast, this lady who write down our name and room number, no greeting no smiling at all. What an unique experience, which i dont want to repeat :)

Location very near to beach ,only the traffic will slow you down. Nice hotel anyway.

the room is clean but the reception service should be improved, because it took very slow to check out & check in as well

I led my group with 18 people, 9 rooms to stay in this hotel. First, i checked in and I am happy with the service as try to assist us for some twin beds and offered us some free gift from ***********. Then I exchanged the gift as beer and enjoyed at rooftop and we were so chilled as the environment is good. Accidentally, next morning, I went to restaurant for breakfast and I saw only few guests there, so I went to take food as normal by holding my backpack with. Then my sister and her daughter came after me at around 7:00 am and she chose the table and dropped her bag to take food with me, and it's just few minutes she lost her bag because someone follow her to restaurant and pretent to be guest to take her bag. Then we requested for CCTV from hotel but the staff there said it was broken during the period she entered and reported lossing her bag (15 minutes broken records) then the CCTV is working normally after that. What's the coincidence? And the staff took few hours to show us the CCTV which is shown that there were 2 strangers from outside entered the hotel and then walk to every floor by stairs not elevator. They both were suspecious because they were looking at every room before going rooftop to restaurant and toke my sister's bag. After showing CCTV, the GM at hotel mentioned that it's not hotel's responsibility because the hotel also accepted outside guest for breakfast, and she requested us (tourists) to report to police. How do we have time to do this? We believed that it was not the first time that this hotel has been complained for lossing items because the guard and CCTV staff never take a close look on outsider when they enter hotel. Thefore, I just share this to all tourists to stay in this hotel, please be careful of your belonging as the security is not secure enough and the staff is untrusted while they might take part with this action from outsider to steal the guest's property.

When we checked in - no towels, toilets not clean, The following day, they did not even replace new towels (which all hotels normally do) My Room 307 - pls ask them to check the wooden door, full of whitish dust, cups with stains. Breakfast is lousy. Both days almost similar dishes. Cafe chairs with food stains. Not recommended.

There is nothing wrong with the room. It is an old hotel built in 2016. Things are not bad. But there is no air conditioning in the lobby. I can't accept it.
