The location of this hotel is great. Restaurant is simple but lots of tasty spots within walking distance. Rooms are fairly dated and wasn’t as clean as I hoped. I was trying to get a geko outside and moved furniture. That was a wrong choice.
The staff is lovely and grounds are tranquil.

Pool was nice but wouldn’t stay again.
Bed was stiff but that seems pretty standard for Bali. The room had a sewage smell. They had several air fresheners in the bathroom to try and count the scent but it didn’t help much. A ceramic tile from the roof in the middle of the night which was pretty startling.

This is a gem of a place in Bali. The property is quiet even being so close to the main road and I love the vintage feel. Housekeeping was regular and the pool was fabulous. Do note you may see a gecko or two in the room since the windows have large gaps and mosquitoes were around, but the space and location can't be beat.

Tamukami hotel is so good, staff was amazing so kind and respectful , beautiful around and peaceful.
Only we had problem water was so smelly.

We were very warmly welcomed. Suzanne, the retired Flemish owner, also took the time to welcome us. My husband and I are only staying here for 1 night, as a stop near the airport. Suzanne offered to accompany her on her daily bike tour in the morning. During the tour, she showed us places and told us about her adventure as a Belgian who has settled permanently in Sanur, beautiful, unique and pleasant. Thank you Suzanne! , … also enjoyed the swimming pool! so our last day in Bali had a nice ending - who knows, we might pass by again… Hilde & Ben

The hotel is a charming reminder of what reasonably priced boutique hotels can and should be like. The location is great but what impressed me the most was the professional yet friendly attention by the hotel staff. I will return this hotel at every time I’m in need of a stress free visit. Loved everything.

We loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel with a wonderful pool. Very quiet and peaceful and yet close to shops, restaurants and a short stroll from the beach. Wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful!
