Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast Reviews

Booked room while other families used other booking platform. Front counter is nice to give us rooms on the same floor. We also requested for a late checkout which is at 1pm. We were also given coupons for free welcome drink. Our overall encounter generally w hard rock is amazing. And we love it. My mother in law say it is a waste for staying for 2 days and 1 night and there's a lot to explore. Ohh also do check out in store too! If you are a guest there and shop at a certain amount, u can get free gift and further discounts!

I loved the huge room that is so comfy. Staff was friendly and polite. Check in service was smooth. In room dining was yummy and all service staff was polite. Great place to rest and relax. Will definitely come back.

We celebrated our 8th anniversary, Hard Rock Hotel had prepared room with nice welcome refreshments and we enjoyed the stay

Overall experience is great, for free drinks (kids friendly mock tail😅) and rock music at night. And we like the murals too

Stayed 2 nights on 20.7.24- 22.7.24, bed was infested with bed bugs and no actions taken after notifying management. Extremely unreasonable late checkin at 4pm and early checkout at 11am. Average price of 180sgd, dont make sense when they are so many hotel options, will not visit a hard rock hotel again P.S. Got a condescending response from their management after "inhouse pest control review" Disappointing after service see attached photo

It is the best place for family staycation. Spacious room with theme park view, enjoyable stay, will come back again. The hotel lobby is an open space, too hot during afternoon check-in hour.

Cleaningless Acceptable but can be much better. Perhaps it due to peak season hence most is not done properly. During my stay, the power tripped twice which is quite horrible. Location Quite good. Within 15mins drive have quite many nice seafood. Can access to beach within 10mins walk too. Service They double charged tourism tax and sales service charge despite paid in trip.com. Luckily my relative is sharp enough to notice else we would had to double paid it. Informed them the day previously, they say will handle but till check out not yet done and have to inform again. Waterpark Peak season price is on a much higher side compared to others in went. Not much rides and the lazy river is dirty filled with many dead leaves and flowers. Ride queue still acceptable. Life guard unsure of schedule of large wave and wasted so much of our time for the bigger wave. Much more information should be provided without us asking. Do consider placing a large clock so we can have a look on the timing since most not wearing watch or bringing phone. Need much more proper maintenance on the wave pool due to bad wear and tear. Breakfast Need much more improvement on the food selection. Its more like a 4 star standard compared to 5 star.

Overall was ok except that I saw alot of dust at the sides of the bed and bottom had a bunch or hair with dust?! Think I saw similar review before. No bath tub except for suite room. They have a nice gym, cafe milkshake was good. With giant chess set and Jenga, football…small water play area, mini playground, pillow menu with max 2 per room. Tv comes with free movie on demand. So it’s good they have a cafe since there is no minimart. You need to drive 10-15mins away if you need from Town, no shuttle bus. The elephant and butterfly cafe has good food and great staff!

Good atmosphere and relatively near the beach, free rides are given to Westin Hotel for direct access to Desaru Beach. Very good stay and staff were very friendly.

The hotel is attached to water park and they provides kids club in the hotel. The room is super comfy and the bed is big enough to share with a kids.

It was a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the service and it’s great that the hotel is just next to the waterpark. Staff are very friendly

Overall is good. Very convenient location to access water park. Just hotel room furniture looks a bit old, not well maintained so good. And if you driving, there is no underground parking.
