Room is next to the steam pool, location wise is in the middle of banff downtown can be easily located , parking is free, room is ok for couple. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste provided they charge for that. Breakfast is included basic eggs, sausage and ham. Price is ok if you dont want to spend too much .

It was nice. Very luxurious place. All staffs are friendly and nice.

The room is newly renovated and spacious. The outdoor hot tub is amazing!

The hotel is clean with pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Our room is spacious. The location is in the center of Banff and close to shops and restaurants. The staff members are friendly.

It was a very bad booking experience. I was unable to check into the hotel due to flight cancellation. I negotiated with the hotel for a refund or rescheduling many times, but the hotel refused to accept it. However, other hotels refunded me after understanding the situation.

Banff Aspen Lodge provided me with a great hotel experience as part of my memorable trip to the Rockies. Staff were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s general ambiance was warm and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Banff.

Fantastic Hotel. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is excellent and the views are awesome. The beds are top quality and super comfortable. We are returning to the same property in 2 weeks and are really looking forward to it.

Great hotel, very clean. Great free breakfast, good wifi and amazing coffee shop in the lobby. Would certainly come back.

A must go hotel if you live on IG. You will take great photos anywhere in the hotel. Service is great and the ginger shower gel were so great and unique that made this place very memorable. It was a little dry in the room and the sharp edges of the furnitures might be a pain if you bumped in. Overall I had a good time here. Our Room was beautiful Furnished; the location is next to downtown. Recommend to gern Z and those Millennials without kids.

We enjoyed our stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. Loved the room with large space easy to go to downtown from the hotel and staff was very nice.
