Bad location, no hot water for the bathtub, small tv, small selection of food for breakfast specifically the salad bar. We never stay there again The bed frame with wheels which moves and pillows fall off the bed. Floor and walls too old which have been camouflaged. See the photo. We asked for a late check out but they asked for hourly money. We decided to use the pool but the Matt had stains.

Everything was great. Clean and spacias rooms. There is some local food nearby. You can take a Bolt or Grab to Lat Krabang Station and take the metro to the city center.

Room clean enough though the bed a little hard, but ideal for an airport stopover, hotel provided a shuttle service which worked fine

Service from some staff was good (Help from staff carrying my bags and showing my room and taking me to the airport) reception staff wasn’t very friendly. Kitchen staff who took orders didn’t speak English so they didn’t understand what I wanted to order for lunch to eat. Nice swimming pool and room was nice and spacious. Loved the bathroom with tub.

Room is big and clean. Good location to stay at especially if you are having early departure flight. Variety of breakfast can be improved though. Will stay again if having early departure.

Very closes to the BKK airport also they have a shuttle van to the airport. It’s very convenient to get around.

Huge rooms with comfortable amenities. Very clean. 8 mins drive from airport. Great if you need to transit. Not much to do in the area though.

Poor service. The email replied that someone would pick you up at the airport 24/7. You just need to go to the front desk to pay when you check in. As a result, I found the meeting point and saw a sign put by the hotel, but no one was on duty! The phone was not connected! In short, I don't recommend it. The room decoration is too simple and the sanitary conditions are too poor. There is not even a button to turn off the lights on both sides of the bed. You have to get up to turn on and off the lights! There are obvious brown stains on the towels. The water from the faucet is black and unknown, and the room is extremely simple. How can you say it is a deluxe room? Anyway, I dare not use its bathtub in this sanitary condition. I just endured it for one night and it passed. I regret booking this hotel again. If you really want to stay, prepare your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, because the hotel does not provide them. It is best to bring your own towels. The hotel towels are particularly worn and dirty. The good thing is that the check-in is very fast and there is no deposit. After all, the room is so simple and there is no need to collect a deposit. Secondly, someone sent the luggage to the room, but he did not speak English. When I asked him why there were no disposable slippers, the other party did not understand. Since the communication was not smooth, I didn't give him a tip.

Really like it, close to the airport, second time staying here, clean room, has a soaking tub, inexpensive price. Breakfast is not much but delicious. There is a shuttle to and from the airport every hour. But if it's more than 1 trip, pay 80 baht per trip per person.

Clean rooms, very good location, close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Suitable for connecting flights, good service, cool air conditioning, close to the hotel, there are 7-Eleven and a fresh market.
