"Honestly, I wouldn't call this a star-rated hotel. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the Bolt (I assume they mean a scooter/car service), and as for amenities, there's basically nothing. The service was pretty good, but the rooms definitely don't meet a star-level standard. Trip.com should really check these places out before assigning star ratings."

"This is a beautiful property with simply elegant rooms and wonderful amenities such as the pool, lounge, and excellent breakfast. The shower heater is good and stable. The bed is very comfortable. I give this stay a very good review. I do want to mention that although the property looks very new, care should be taken daily by the staff to ensure it remains beautiful. The hall did need cleaning and some wall scars were evident. I only say this because I want to always stay here and wish it to remain the Beautiful Cozy Blue as a boutique hotel from its first day open."

"The hotel is located down a small alley, and the corridors are quite long. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. A major issue was that the hairdryer handle in the room was already broken when we arrived. My child picked it up, and it was clearly broken, yet they insisted we broke it and demanded compensation. Of course, I refused to pay, because why should we pay for something that was already faulty and placed in the room by you? They even asked for 1000 baht for a hairdryer – is it even worth that much? Other than that, everything else was okay. The staff would assist even late at night, the room was clean, and there was mineral water provided."

"The hotel is about 6-7 kilometers from the airport, which isn't too far. Their paid shuttle service is convenient. I arrived in the middle of the night and took a Didi, which cost around 48 RMB. The hotel offers great value for money. For 110 RMB, they even included a Thai internet package and call credit, though it's only for China Mobile users. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk offered 24/7 service, which was reassuring. It's one of the better hotels around Suvarnabhumi Airport."

"Very cute and convenient for 1-2 nights stay. I got to check in earlier, right before 13! I only stayed one night to be close to Mega Bangna for shopping 🤓 the room is really cute and spacious, and cafe is amazing! Loved the matcha and the breakfast set! However, there’s nothing around the hotel and also I had issues with mosquitoes in the room. Couldn’t sleep well at all unfortunately 😔 got bitten 4 times. But for the price and cafe, I’d come back. Just make sure you get a proper room with no mosquitoes!"
