DDaoye☀️This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

BBee897This is my go-to hotel every time I travel internationally. The rooms are spacious, so I can open multiple suitcases comfortably. It's clean, and there are elevators conveniently located near the rooms. They even have a luggage scale, which is super handy. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle every hour. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious.

PPrashant007Close to the Suvarnbhumi Airport. You can watch flights and the airport from the rooftop. Good but small common area. I hope they replace the tables with chairs so people can relax and work comfortably. The only thing that is missing is lockers. They don’t have lockers on all 4 floors except on the ground floor. It's very important to have lockers because people mostly stay here who want to catch their flights and if someone takes something from your luggage, then it's difficult to catch that person even if we know that person because he may have already left Thailand.

Mmuy_felizBooked this home stay hotel for my boyfriend to spend the night before having another flight as it’s close to the airport.
Friendly and helpful manager Ross quickly checked him in. Room is clean and got everything necessary. Quiet place, has 7/11 shop downstairs.

GGuest UserStop the press... this has to be the best resort hotel in the Suvarnabhumi Airport precinct, for that matter in the Bangkok area. The hotel is lavishly decorated and each bungalow is unique, comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the hotel are amazingly friendly, offering assistance with a genuine Thai smile. We enjoyed a very tasty meal at the adjacent restaurant, being chauffeured in the courtesy tram. A surprising, enjoyable and relaxing slice of Thailand.

AAhculawI recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression.
I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better.
On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive.
The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.

AAlex the wandererPlease be mindful that the hotel doesn't do pickups from the airports. So, in addition, it will cost at least 300 baht for from and to airport service. Location is ok, not too far 7/11 shop and a few cheap cateries. Room was presented as advertised, but a few amenities were broken like sink tap and shower curtains were absent. Also, no complementary water bottles inside the refrigerator. But get this, they will provide it for you if you leave a good review for the hotel. Right....!

YYuliya GrabkoThe only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.
