DDaoye☀️This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

KKateppkHidden Gems Hotel is a great place to stay. Everything was good , parking, hotel staff, and the fast check-in process. There were only two minor downsides: the bed was a bit too firm for my preference, and when I asked to borrow a spoon, I was given a plastic one instead of a regular spoon. Overall, it is good value for money, and I would return again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's airport pick-up service was very convenient, which was a great help as our flight landed in the early hours. We chose this hotel for that reason, and I was pleased to find they had already added an extra bed for our booking of 1 adult and 2 children. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the kids had a wonderful time playing there. On our second day, the hotel even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. Just a heads-up, the mini-bar drinks are chargeable, which is different from what I'm used to in my home country where they are usually complimentary or clearly marked as chargeable. Here, the notification wasn't very obvious, and I only realized after seeing the menu on the table.

PPrashant007Close to the Suvarnbhumi Airport. You can watch flights and the airport from the rooftop. Good but small common area. I hope they replace the tables with chairs so people can relax and work comfortably. The only thing that is missing is lockers. They don’t have lockers on all 4 floors except on the ground floor. It's very important to have lockers because people mostly stay here who want to catch their flights and if someone takes something from your luggage, then it's difficult to catch that person even if we know that person because he may have already left Thailand.

AAmbritaI really enjoyed my stay, even if it was only one night. The bath is beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms are clean. The location is very close to the airport, you will be at the airport in just 15 minutes by taxi. Pay attention to the traffic, because it can be complicated. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel. The breakfast is also quite good.

GGuest UserGreat hotel for the price. At the time of writing this review it was 600 baht (£15). Room was clean and tidy. 2 towels each, soap and shampoo (tooth brush and toothpaste available at reception for additional charge) onsite restaurant served fresh good food (400 baht for two people). Small pool onsite. Reception were very helpful and good English. Shuttle to airport was 120 baht for 2 people. (Charged by the room so I think also 120 baht for 1). 7 minutes from hotel to airport at 08:30 on a Tuesday morning). Very little noise from airport (nothing if you closed the windows). £15 - you cannot complain about anything. Kettle and coffee in the room as well.

GGuest UserThe room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.
