Excellent new guesthouse. I understand it's a family-run business, they built the guesthouses and rent them out. The city river runs right behind the fence. The rooms are cozy, clean, and new. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Subarnabhumi Airport (the owners can arrange a transfer for 200 baht), which is practically the same price as calling a taxi yourself. The surroundings are calm and quiet. There are shops and cafes nearby, but it's a 30-40 minute walk. The room has a menu, so you can order Thai food for delivery. The location is a 15-minute walk to a main road where you can easily catch a taxi to any part of the city. It's a 15-20 minute drive from the metro. A taxi to the city center costs 230 baht and takes 45 minutes. It's an ideal place to stay for a day or two before continuing your journey. The area is very green. It's a safe, gated community with cameras.

This is the great hotel to stay in if you travel with kids. Rooms are clean, a bit noisy during the night, but it was not a big problem. 10 minutes walking distance to shopping mall. Check in and check out process was very fast. Staff at the front desk was polite and very helpful. There was no breakfast included when we booked our room, but the hotel provides nice European breakfast ☺️👍 We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Been here couple of times, for flight overnight stay - always amazing! Room spotless clean, self check-in so no worries for late night flights.

We took a rest between flights via BKK airport. It was great they had a family room with big capacity. Everything was ok except the A/C were quite outdated and were blowing too strong and can’t be set to “dry” or “night mode” so we had to turn them off which isn’t nice for a good rest. Price was cheap, room and towels looked clean and fresh.

A budget hotel that is quite accessible from the airport and that can offer rooms even at late hours and has many shops nearby where you can find food for all tastes and all budgets! Thanks a lot! And hopefully 🙏 and other travellers will enjoy too staying at this hotel as well!

The Gentleman who greet us at the reception was so sweet and patient as it took us a long time to confirm the reservation that we made for some odd reasons. I gave 5* for the location as it is only 5 minutes walk away from Chularat hospital, where we did our health screening.

The parking lot is a mess, the reception ladies, were less than friendly. The rooms, while mostly clean were old, the decor needs a good update. There is, however a hot shower but the bathroom is also a little on the grimy side. Terrible wifi - connected but couldn't even watch YouTube. This is a budget hotel, not worth $14+ per night, no way.

you are very close to the airport.the hotel is very clean and hygienic.the boss is also very good.this hotel deserves to stay again.cancel the wechat of the waiter in the chinese tour group shop,if you want to travel,you can come and check in.feel at home in this hotel.their breakfast is also good,you can recharge,and you can also Not expensive as well
