"The room looks nice and clean. The bed is super comfy. The service is on top. I like how they payed attention to the guests. So sad I can’t try their breakfast buffet because I have to leave early, but thanks to the breakfast box that hotel provides to compensate. The location is not bad. The restaurants and 7/11 are near. Around 5 minutes walks you’ll reach 7/11. The van service is great as well. The van look really well maintained. The drivers are helpful and polite. I would recommend my friends and family for this hotel."

"Pros: Newly opened villa suite. The room is very clean, the bedding and bathroom are new. As it was an early morning flight, I was hungry and thirsty when I arrived at the hotel. I was surprised to see two small cookies. The waiter was very patient and always greeted me with a smile. Note: Check-in before 2 pm will incur an early check-in fee of 100 baht per hour. There are not many restaurants around. As the new room has dry air after the renovation. All bedsets are new, bathroom new, very clean, I liked the room. 30 minutes away from airport. has early check in fee 100 / hour if you arrive morning. The owner is very nice attitude. "I have stayed there two or three times over the past few years and I always enjoyed my stay I left a small bag there by a mistake I called them they found it and they kept it for me for a week which is was nice over them I enjoy the other faculties that they have their like the massage and the restaurant which comes in very handy especially the massage after a long flight"

"We checked in late and were greeted by a delightful young woman who checked. Needed to pay 1000BHT as a cash deposit which I was unaware of before hand. Not a big deal at all but worth knowing to have the cash ready. Hooking into the wifi proved difficult and the codes supplied didn’t work but with the help of a gen-‘y‘er in our family we eventually got on. Communication was a little difficult and we were unable to fully understand how to order our breakfast but understood they would bring it to our room. It was late and we were tired after 22 hours straight of travelling and so decided to just go with it. Imagine our delight and surprise in the morning at nine am ( the time we had chosen), when there was a knock at the door and two ladies carried in a fully laid table with cooked breakfast; fresh cut fruit, juice, hot chocolate, pastries and toast!! So no need to worry about what they might choose for us. They make a mini buffet and leave the choosing to you! Check out involved two new staff members, both of whom were warm and friendly, one of whom had excellent English. She gave us some help in how to say ‘thank you’ and ‘Suvarnabhumi’ (BKK airport) while we waited for the cab they called for us. The air conditioners worked effectively, and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. There were no tea bags in the room but there was coffee, a kettle and bottled water! The room was spacious and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to folk. "
