"Personally, the room was perfect, excellent for my tastes. I know the area well, and I chose it because I feel at home there. You can constantly see planes landing nearby, which is beautiful to me, but you can't hear even the loudest ones from the room. I'm already planning to return in November 2026. The Chinese tourists are so loud and indifferent that they have their own separate dining room. The small two-night package with breakfast included was slightly less varied than other hotels, but it's enough to find a minor complaint, but it's completely worth it."

"We chose to stay here again because our 1st stay was quite positive and the same turned out on this occasion. Not too far from the airport but the area does not seem to be well served by Grab taxis and we relied on the hotel to arrange taxis for us and that worked well. The breakfasts are exceptional hot food and selection of drinks and fruit etc. was good too. There are snack, food and noodle stores and stands within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The shower was quite powerful via a hand unit removable from its wall hanging. Overal, I would rate this place at 4.7 out of 5"

"The hotel isn't bad. I've stayed there twice before and liked it. It's more disappointing now, but that's just the veneer—a beautiful lobby with a reception desk and a lounge area with soft armchairs and sofas. The rooms themselves need updating. My room didn't have hot water in the shower, everything is simple... It doesn't seem to match the updated facade. The restaurant downstairs still serves food to order (they don't cook it, they bring it from the cafe). The pool is working - for some reason, the booking sites said no - you can swim there. The place itself is a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. I liked the cozy area there with river canals and Japanese bridges, temples and a night market... Now a lot has changed - rebuilt, etc. You can stay for a couple of days, but it's far from the center of Bangkok. Buses from the islands go on a different route, and when you get to the airport, you have to take a taxi and almost go back. The price of a taxi to the airport is about 300 baht using the Grab app."
