For us it is very important not just to have air conditioning, but a NEW air conditioning. This is exactly how it is in this hotel. The exclusive room is perfect for a family. Spacious, with a balcony, two air conditioners in the room. Spacious and comfortable. There is a balcony. 7/11 is nearby, you can take a taxi to any point. We really liked it. We stayed here several times. The only downside is that the reception is not very friendly, they speak poor English. But this can all be solved. We recommend this hotel.

First time staying here because it is near work and there is a nearby food source, Lotus. The staff is very good, the security guards and staff are polite. There is a good separation of areas, the elevator is separated safely. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I like that the lights are bright and white.
