I’ve stayed here a few times great find great beds and pillows great location lovely hotel for the money without big costs..staff are professional and very friendly I will stay again I’m sure nice little pool area restaurants and bars all around you and 1min from BTS I’ve stayed a few times in 3-4 different rooms now and all very good showers give it a try out if your looking to stay in the action of madness that is Soi 11 …. Great times enjoy

The photos are completely misleading and not at all accurate. Avoid this place at all costs. It looks like a 3 star hotel not 4 star hotel. The room was so small not clean, bathrooms so bad. Staff were good.

The hotel entrance was inside an alleyway which worried us. But after going up to see the room, it was a decent size and reasonably clean. Practically minutes from Nana BTS station. A bit noisy due to the bar next door. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

The location is very good, we stay premier twin room, the room is ok. The breakfast is standard.

Very good location, There are many restaurants in the hotel surrounding. The most important the hotel close to BTS station.

We spent three nights here on holiday. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destinations and everything else as well as some other big shopping malls in the city. As for the rooms are relatively nice to me and it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a leisure or family trip. There are many eateries and massage centres after a day of shopping. There are some facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast spread is normal and not that much. I think the hotel should improve on that. My humble opinion, I must say that everything was excellent and highly recommended.

I lived here over 5 times ,but this time they offered me the guest room is bad of the bad . Dirty and too dilapidated and the bathroom lighting and exhaust fan is connected that meaning if you off the light the exhaust fan off as the same time. But the bathroom is.glass wall , if you hope the guest room dry that need open the light ? I cannot sleep but you off the exhaust fan the guest room very wet...... Most of equipment too dilapidated ,if I pay over HKD$500 / 1 night , I will choose LYF next time. Thanks.

Very friendly service staff, the locations are just beside Nana mrt Station so it is very convenient to go anywhere. Room is spacious and the bed is clean and make up everyday. Super comfy pillows. Only problem is that there is only one old public lift to the wing that we are staying. So takes awhile to wait for the lift in peak hours.

The rooms of the hotel is good condition. But I think they need to improve the food quality specially breakfast. Because most of the peoples includes breakfast when they book rooms. So It's important for the to improve the food quality.

The location is good. The room is clean but a lit bit old. Many bars nearby.

Just 2 minutes walk from skytrain (Nana). Room great and clean. Breakfast tasty and great choice. Staff very friendly.

It was a good experience. But Ramada management didn’t allow me to checkin 10 min before 2:00pm. I checked in another hotel at 9:00 am
