Quite an awful stay at Pullman, the staff is very cold from the reception onwards. We were two families travelling together. They gave us rooms on different floors and after struggling a bit we had to ask them later to get access to each others’ floor to be able to meet each other. The power outlets are outdated and some are not even working, no outlets at bedside and the lighting in the room is not sufficient. It was the same food in buffet every single day. The elevators take a lot of time to come. Overall it was quite a disappointment, I would never book it again and won’t recommend it at all.Trip.com didn’t help much, their customer support sucks.

The rooms are very old. The ceiling of the bathroom in room 1217 where I stayed was rotten, with huge cracks! The hotel must have received a lot of tour group guests. Checking in and out was a terrible experience. It was crowded like a vegetable market. At check-in time around 3 pm, there was even a long queue in the hotel elevator. I suggest you avoid it.
