Hotel is located in the great location in Sukhumvit which is near to both BTS and MRT. Moreover, surrounded by shopping malls and good massage shops for travellers. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is alright, walking distance to Terminal 21. However my stay is not quite pleasant. iIve booked my stay for 9 days, and on the 5th day, i can't take it anymore, and i did an early checkout. Only upon checking in, I was told by the receptionist that the hotel is in renovation, so there are some noises in the day time. I've also experienced aircon unit leaking and I also found a puddle of water in the middle of the room. And on the 5th day daytime, I've also experience power failure, full blackout for around 15-20 mins. I couldn't stand it anymore and I packed my bags to do an early check-out.
It was rather disappointing to hear from the hotel that they are not able to refund me the remaining amount of days due to their policy. I don't think I will ever come back to stay in the hotel anymore.

The deluxe room is exactly the same as the ordinary room. The room I stayed in not long ago was like this. I checked in early this morning and left at noon. The deluxe room was exactly the same as the ordinary room. I don’t know if the hotel doesn’t have deluxe rooms, so they gave me an ordinary room. Maybe due to renovation? The smell of paint is particularly pungent! We didn't have toothbrushes, combs or slippers. When we checked out, we were told that the room smelled bad. Did you mean we would be charged for smoking? The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The soundproofing was very poor. The sound of cars passing downstairs was very loud at night. We were not satisfied.
