Room was very nice, and staff was very polite and courteous. Check in and check out took quite a bit longer than expected, but I was served a nice welcome drink that was quite refreshing. Would stay again, but to save time, it is probably worth doing the digital key next time.

Very well trained staffs and nicely furnised hotel. 24 hours gym is what i like most and its attached to a mall. However hotel is quite expensive.

For the price you pay for a 5 star hotel, you get a suite over here at the residence. There is all you needed at this street and it is not far from nana ;) Service is excellent and you cannot ask for more. There is a nice bar right in front of the lobby area. Something that we all suggested is the singer at the bar has to lower the volume so people can chit chat a little.

I stayed in a two-bedroom, one-living room suite apartment during the Spring Festival. It felt very good. The apartment shared the hotel lobby and breakfast.
