Liked the location, the overground metro station is right outside the hotel. Friendly staff, checked in early without extra charges, comfortable beds and pillows, clean. A special plus for the bath with a view of Bangkok. The pool is small, but very nice. We did not take breakfast, there is a good cafe downstairs.
Cons: the description says that there is some kind of "clinic" and a first aid kit. We urgently needed to measure our blood pressure, but there was no device for the entire hotel, so they sent us to the nearest pharmacy.

Location is beside BTS so is very convenient. Staff is friendly and provide good service. However, some things can be improved. The toilet bowl chokes easily and showering head is faulty. Bottled water is not topped up during housekeeping. Toothbrush and toothpaste were not replenished during housekeeping as well
