The location is closec to the MRT. Is this very convenient to go to the department store.

Location is convenient. It’s near bts station and walking distance to the malls. Many food selections nearby. Hotel stay price is affordable and reasonable too.

The hotel is very clean, and spacious except the shower room which is kind of small for me. I love how accomodating and welcoming the staffs are. Soft bed, and good lighting. The hotel is very accessible and just about 10 minutes to the bus station if you're planning to travel to Pattaya. It is also a walk away to Union mall. The food at the hotel is quite tasty and fresh. Overall it's, highly recommended.

Very convenient

The woman who received me at the front desk was dark-skinned and chubby. Her service was particularly poor. She had a poker face and her spoken English had a strange accent and was not clearly expressed at all. She didn't have any service quality. She swiped a deposit of 1,000 from me, but when I checked out, it wasn't deducted or refunded and was directly charged to my account instead.

Great location to MRT station and surrounded by malls, street food, restaurants and bars.  7-11 built right within the hotel next the hotel lobby.  Almost a great hotel with the exception of a horrible hotel wi-fi connection.  You barely do simple browsing using the hotel wifi, bring your own unlimited data plan if you’re are hungry data user and just browsing around on the web.

Excellent stay, bang for your buck. Location was right beside the MRT, air conditioner was good, there’s union mall opposite, and a massage parlour downstairs. Would definitely be back! Love that the hotel is eco friendly too! Not to mention the friendly and responsive staffs too!

My first stay in this hotel. Cleanliness and services are excellent. Staffs are polite, friendly and attentive.  Request were  met very  quickly. Walking  distance to Metro and BTS. Had room service for dinner. Reasonably priced and good.  Overall, value for money for a basic hotel accommodation.

Fantastic stay- really nice hotel. The bed was super comfortable and big. Everything was spotless clean and I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was pretty decent and lots of choices. Unbelievably good price for everything- massage/food..Nothing overpriced. 7/11 and metro just in the doorstep. Highly recommended place to stay.

Good gym

It was nice location and service. But there is a room for improvement only noise outside.

The hotel area was close and convenient to transportation. Next to two shopping malls. Lobby has a small cafe for you to enjoy coffee and food as well 711 convience store to shop. Room is okay but the water in shower room doesn't go through water pipe or slowly to move...it's so annoying but lucky I bought other slippers so I wore in shower room to avoid soap still sticky on my feet. Overall staffs are nice.

The hotel is located in a good connection area. Staff always try to do their best. Respectful staff.
