It was a budget stay for a night for a 4 pax room and the location is excellent and the staff was helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Air condition worked well. Shower worked well and looked very good and offered both hot water as well as cold. Rooftop view was nice though I think it could do with improvement as there were only 2 seats. I choose the room without window for a cheaper price so i cannot comment on the window. Smoking was unavailable in the rooms however it was available on the rooftop and Terrance offering customers a nice alternative. If you want to based in this location I would recommend.

Location amazing Staff wonderful Hotel not so bad but for this price you can find better option even with window Please fix the socket, buy new towel without yellow stains and redecorating rooms

On the website written said 24 hours check in but no one was there phone also not able to be reach , hence we stay somewhere else.

Even the hotel policy states anyone making noise will be evicted. But the one living below me keeps making traffic noise.

Clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. On a straight line to the city downtown

It was exactly what I expected for the price. Small, near my meeting, and acceptable for sleeping and shower. WiFi and AC were fine. Staff were nice and polite, and noise levels low. If you're looking for a quick turnaround in BKK, and just need to sleep, it's perfect.
