The description of the hotel is incorrect: There is no luggage storage available. The unfriendly lady at the reception just said "no have" and said that I should leave the luggage in the shopping center nearby for a fee (that would have been an extra cost of around 40 euros).
Fortunately, I was able to cancel my second stay and rebook at another hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Convenient location. Shopping malls are a 20-minute walk away, and the airport metro line is 10 minutes away. Good exchange rate at the reception (better than at the airport near the metro). The room is clean but the smell is not good at all I think that after the room was cleaned, they were given rooms. I called the receptionist to check and try to smell my room this is so crazy and rude they said that come to lobby and bring the room spray to your self and I come down 5 th floor to lobby again , Omg that crazy , the room are really beautiful and nice but the smell is too bad that why I call the reception and Their solution results is come to lobby ,this is a place we should never come back . Although I have traveled all over Thailand, this is the first time I have been treated like this …. Good room and bad service
