Walkable distance from bts Asok ~5-8 mins. Hotel room is pretty spacious, aircon is really strong. Bed and pillow is very comfy for me. But the toilet door had some problem which you need to force it tightly to shut the door which is a minus point. Overall quite a satisfied stay, will probably come back to stay again next time if prices are good.

This is my second time staying here. The experience is very good. Clean and sanitary. The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to GMM and you can walk there to check in. I will probably stay here again next time.

The location is really good, not far from BTS Asok Station and MRT Sukhumvit Station.
There is a 7-11 across from the hotel, and there are many massage parlors nearby, which is very convenient for getting a massage.
But the floor in Room 701 always flooded after taking a shower, and it took a while for the water to subside.
The sheets were not updated for four days in a row because the sheets under the pillow were stained every day...
Also, the smell of the bath towels that are renewed every day is very unpleasant. I don’t know if it’s the smell of disinfectant.
The air conditioning in the room is cool enough, and the hotel staff are friendly and kind.

Overall it's OK, the location is just a few hundred meters away from terminal 21, which makes travel quite convenient. The downside is that the air conditioner is very loud, which affects sleep.
