Hotel is very clean, the outlook is small but room is decently spacious. They have everything inside, like even mircowave, pyjamas, cutlery and a super large fridge. However for a 5-Star hotel we were expecting a better hair dryer. Had a slight problem with the bathroom, the water draining system was too slow and in result after each shower our toilet is flooded. My friend didnt bring along slippers and only had the bedroom slippers the hotel provided, hence it’s quite frustrating for her towards the wet floor.
BTS thonglor is about 5-6 mins walk. 7-11 is about 3-4 mins walk. Is very dark during the night and there isnt much people around the road side, so it might seemed a bit unsafe. We couldnt find or see any massage parlour nearby, but as per the staff is just few mins walk away from hotel.
Overall still a decent good value 5 star hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly & approachable. The room is spacious, although a bit outdated, but prices are reasonable. Need to walk 10 minutes to the nearest bts station.
