Interior was very nice. Location is closer to the airport. Room was clean. But the hotel reception forgot my request of iron. Other than that, good stay 👍

Great Airport Hotel!
Thank you for the stay, friendly staffs, good buffet selections and set up. Oyster bar was the highlight for me, I love it. Also Chinese and Japanese cuisine options.
The room is comfortable. Just need to work on wear and tare fixtures.
Spa experience was also recommended.
Pool is ok, I like that they display the daily ph level.
Lounge and restaurant has luxury feels.
Location was maybe not for those who want to explore around the city , however it’s great option for airport purpose.
Price is reasonable. Thank you to the entire team. My flight was rebooked but it was nice experience in your lovely property.

There was a sharp contrast between the nice room and the poor service... First, a waitress named ********* (around the age of forties) at the restaurant exhibited total lack of common sense (especially in mathematics and calculations), respect, patience, rationality, responsibility, and emotional stability... What was really offensive and unacceptable was Ms. Chanssara's childish and confrontational attitude and insulting and aggressive words towards us the customers. She arbitrarily and wrongly insisted that it was simply an addition of the two (10% plus 7%), furiously shouted in front of several colleagues and customers that she had not understood what we were saying at all, absurdly defended herself that she was neither a cashier nor a manager, unilaterally refused to communicate, and loudly ordered her subordinates to call a female manager around the age of fifties or sixties whose initial was V (Vod-?)... Without professional leaders like Ms. V, the hotel could hardly be sustained by relying on unreliable and bad-tempered employees like Ms. *********. Second, when checking in... When checking out, the receptionists repeatedly and unreasonably requested to scan our passports, which would constitute excessive collection of personal data and privacy. Since we had already presented our passports for the purpose of checking in, why would they ask for them again and even for "scanning" when we had already returned the room cards and were prepared to get on the taxi? They purported that it was their hotel's "policy" and it was required by the government. We asked if they were able to provide the government's official document or contact information so that we could check the policy. They had difficulty doing so and thus let us leave. Third, the hotel's logistics and internal collaboration needed to be enhanced, too. No daily supplies were provided punctually for our second night of stay. While most hotels would put new towels and bottled waters into a bag and leave them at the door if there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign, at this hotel we had to ask for them from the front desk at night. Only water was delivered, so we had to ask again for towels. The middle-aged female cleaner needed to improve her etiquette and communication skills as urgently as the receptionists needed. She asked us what type of towels we needed, while it is a common practice for hotels to replenish every type. After another round of waiting, she eventually brought several towels by hand, without using a plastic bag or basket, which was worrisome in terms of hygiene and tidiness. The hotel claimed itself as "luxury" or "high class" and displayed multiple rating certificates (such as 8.3 or 8.4 points) issued by booking platforms like Agoda and *********** at the front desk. It is justifiable that guests tend to have higher expectations for fancier hotels like this one, as they choose to pay higher for better quality and services. Regrettably, this hotel has not only made us the guests disappointed but also damaged Bangkok's image as Thailand's capital in the eyes of visitors from all around the world, which went against the Thailand and the Bangkok governments' long-term emphasis on and support for the tourism sectors. Admittedly, the rooms themselves are what the hotel can be proud of. But meanwhile, in order to stay competitive among local hotels and popular among domestic and international guests, it would better if the hotel could provide its employees with proper and better-rounded training and screening, be more selective and serious when hiring, managing, and assessing its staff, and regularly reward those who are truly dedicated to their job while punishing or dismissing those who are unfit or incompetent for the hospitality industry and those who are reluctant to do their duty.

Love the location which closed to airport. The parking lot took a moment for walking to lobby but it was fine. Room service was good. Room was clean and staffs were also nice.
