Convenient location, very close to Asok station and terminal 21. The hotel has tuk tuk to and from terminal 21.
The room is normal size, but the soundproofing is relatively weak, and the outside residents can fully hear their words. The gym and pool are on another floor, accessible across the road on the 10/11th floor. The hotel spa is of high standard and very comfortable

I don't know about building 1, but it is easy to access Asok Station, Koreatown, and Terminal 21.
