Tower Club at lebua

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lotus Tower Club Hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and many restaurants and shops around. The hotel facilities are also very complete, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is also clean. The hotel service is also very good, the staff is very enthusiastic and always willing to help. In short, we like this hotel very much and will stay here again next time. There is a terrace bar on the rooftop

Delighted with the hotel, you feel like a valued guest as soon as you arrive by taxi to the entrance, we were met, offered to sit in comfortable chairs, brought a welcome drink and cooling towels, took our passports and asked to wait. We arrived before the scheduled check-in time. But an hour later, half an hour earlier, we were still checked in. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, smells, flowers. The staff are all very friendly. The room is spacious, clean, but not modern. But everything suited us. The view is gorgeous. We had an anniversary, we were congratulated and treated to a birthday cake ❤️. Huge thanks for the attentive attitude to all the details. Breakfast is something incredible, all the dishes are very tasty, from tender fresh floors, sushi, lightly salted salmon. Grilled meat is very tasty. Desserts, yogurts, fruits, juices - everything is top notch. As for the lounge, light snacks, you can have lunch, we tried dry white wine from drinks (we liked it), my husband took beer. The staff is very caring, when we went for a walk, when we came to the room in the evening, we found that they unpacked our slippers for us, and laid a towel on each side of the bed and put our slippers on them. Thank you. There was one unpleasant moment, but I will not deduct the rating. We went down from the lounge to the room to pick up our suitcases, and the time was exactly 12:00. The key stopped working. We could not choose a floor in the elevator, so we rode up and down. Time passed, and we had to leave. Accordingly, we could not get into the room. Half an hour later I was able to get to the reception. They renewed the key so that I could pick up my suitcase. But unfortunately the key did not work, and I had to ride up and down again. Once back at the reception, I had to wait in line for my issue to be resolved, then the employee went up to the 56th floor with me and I was able to pick up my suitcase. Since all the employees were very friendly, except for the girls at the reception, I will not form my impression based on them. Next year, on the same dates, we will return to the hotel. We liked everything very much! Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is located by the Chao Phraya River. The location is very good. There are many places to eat around and it is very close to attractions and shopping venues. The breakfast is rich, on the M floor, and the fruits and homemade yogurt are delicious. Recommend the room type with executive lounge, which has its own elevator. The afternoon tea and light meals in the executive lounge are very good, and the view is good from the high floor. The hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. The view and family experience were great. The disadvantages are that the facilities are relatively old, there is no USB charging port, and the furniture is not new. It is worth choosing.

It was a very friendly and beautiful hotel! They said they didn't speak Japanese, but they said "Hello" to us as we passed by! We used the tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel, and it was amazing! I have only fond memories of the amazing view from the room, the bed, the rooftop bar, etc.☺️The sushi at the breakfast buffet was delicious🍣 It was a hotel I'd like to stay at again✨
