The hotel is 35 square meters and feels quite compact, not even 30 square meters. The decoration is rough and shabby. It is not as good as the 600-square-meter Atour in China. The bathroom area uses black stone. Due to lack of maintenance, it is seriously alkaline and looks disgusting and dirty. There is unknown dirt on the carpet (yellow secretions). The gym and swimming pool are well received, but it is actually not close to the subway, about a ten-minute walk. Anyway, I will not consider staying again. I stayed at Le Meridien Bangkok for 5 nights. It was just average.
It is the closest luxury hotel to the Silom entertainment area, but I personally don't like it. The texture of the whole hotel is relatively cheap. Whether it is the lobby furnishings or the room furniture, they are all average, and there is no high-end or artistic elements. The room furniture is old and has many scratches.
The service is better in the executive lounge and bar. The front desk and the buffet restaurant are not very enthusiastic. I left my water bottle at reception during check in . On the next day the staff who did my check in told me that she had kept it in Lost and Found . I was able to regain my bottle , well wrapped . Thanks for taking good care of Lost and Found. But if other staff also got update of lost and found , I might be able to get my bottle back from other staff too. So happen I met the same staff
