The front desk staff had three questions. First, he didn't know what a button in the toilet was. He took a photo and asked the front desk. He said he didn't know and didn't actually ask anyone who knew. Second, there was a service review when connecting to wifi, but he didn't click on it. Full marks, I actually called at 22:30 in the evening to ask why, what I did wrong and what needs to be improved, it seems that it should be bedtime, and thirdly, when the guest room was cleaned the next morning, all disposable items were thrown away. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is rich. It is inconvenient to have no socket at the bedside. European hotel beds all have casters at the bottom. If you lean on the bedside and look at your mobile phone, the bed will slide forward, which is not very scientific.
