The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

The hotel lobby is spacious and on a high floor. Mr. Li, who checked us in, was very attentive and specially arranged a non-smoking room. There is a Shahe Park outside the hotel. The weather has been good recently, so it is suitable for a walk.

In recent years, when I was on business trips, I chose Hampton by Hilton in various cities as long as I could stay at it. In addition to the good room types, clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast is also a major attraction of Hampton - Yuanqi chicken noodle soup, freshly ground black coffee, etc., all of which are very good. This time I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Chenghua, which is on a high-rise building with an unparalleled view, especially at night, you can see the night view of half of Chengdu and the 339 TV Tower.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the surrounding subways. Allen at the front desk was also very friendly, and he even prepared a small gift for us in the room. I was quite satisfied. Recommended!
