The room was not bad and it was true that everything was quite clean.
The problem was that the host did not send me, as usual, two days before, any link to check in. Only days before he sent me a link to enter my data and those of my girlfriend but nothing more.
We arrived on December 1 (holiday) and he had not sent us anything, so we assumed that he would open the door to the apartment himself. It wasn't like that, we were in front of the door calling non-stop since we didn't have the codes to access the house (which we had already paid for) and we didn't get a response until at least 40 minutes later.
Once I managed to talk to him, he remotely opened the doors for us and sent me the check-in link and the link to pay the tourist tax, so we didn't get the keys until at least another 20 minutes so we could leave in peace.
Very bad service, I do not recommend it

esa abitacion no cuentaba con calentamiento y pegò en una semana bien fría y lluviosa. Me dicieron que arreglaban pero no lo hacieron y yo sufreciò frio.
Otra cosa: la app por acceder te obliga a traerte siempre el smartphone con ti.
Si te pasa algo col telefono o si descarga no entra en tu abitacion.

Muy dificil el acceso al departamento.
Me gusto mucho el departamento, amplio y su baño genial. Muy dificultoso entrar y salir del mismo con el codigo en el celular...si se descargaba o perdia, no podia recuperar mis maletas.
Me tuvo que ayudar una persona ...que con paciencia llamo a la empresa.
