The hotel is in a good location, the building is quite distinctive, the room facilities are good, but the hygiene is average. The shower room has a strong smell and it takes a long time to use it. The room view is very good.

Hotel Monarch is a luxury hotel in the heart of the old town. From the balconies of the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the roofs of old Batumi and Europe Square. Almost all hotel rooms have balconies. Well equipped. It seemed to me that the hotel was completely new. Downstairs the restaurant serves a delicious buffet breakfast. Lots of Georgian cheeses, vegetables, fruits, omelettes and delicious coffee. There are very beautiful smiling girls at the reception. Don't believe what they say, that Russians are treated poorly. We were in Tbilisi and Batumi and everywhere in hotels and restaurants we were treated with a smile. Sometimes the youth asked to speak English. Batumi and the Monarch Hotel are a must visit!! They are both wonderful!!

Ужасно На первом этаже у отеля находится ресторан, где каждый день кто-то напивается и орет Персонал отеля на это никак не реагирует. На просьбу как-то решить проблему (время 23:30), сказали, что других номеров нет, а если шум не прекратится, то после 00:00, они сделают замечание. Очень странная позиция по отношению к гостям. Настоятельно НЕ СОВЕТУЮ данный отель. Сервис хуже некуда.

definitely choose the Monarch Hotel in Batumi. You won’t be disappointed. Staff was amazing. Mills were phenomenal very clean, And great housekeeping staff. I plan to go back soon.
