1. Disney's official hotel, worth staying. 2. The hotel has comprehensive service facilities, with its own slide, swimming pool and hot spring, which children will like very much. 3. The room decoration is average, at most four-star, but clean and hygienic. 4. The shuttle bus is powerful and you can enter the park in advance, which is also an advantage. 5. There is a restaurant for Snow White and the Dwarfs in the hotel, which can be reserved through the App.

Ate at the waterside restaurant for lunch today. Felt a brief escape from the whole direct Disney theming elsewhere on the resort. The setting and theming was incredible. Service, food, pricing all spot on. Paid $17 for the crispy chicken burger. $9 for pint of beer. Gorgeous views over the water. Would certainly recommend.

It was our 2nd stay at the Lodge, choosing once again the Boulder Ridge 1-Bedroom suite - and we really, really, really like this hotel. What we liked: Wonderful cast members: front desk, bell services and people around the resort. Well appointed rooms... yes, they are more expensive than nearby "vacations club" offering from major hotel chains, but you do have more: more entertainment, more dining options, more kitchen and cooking items, more space... and the Disney theming. The room assigned was extremely well maintained with a nice view toward the pool and the lake. Disney transportation abound from this resort, which is well located to access most of the Disney parks. Particularly like the boat option to/from Magic Kingdom. Nice and comfortable bed/bedroom, easy to use murphy bed, ample space in the kitchen and for dining. Always nice to have washer/dryer in the room. Very good housekeeping during our stay that would replenish whatever had been used. Even though it was really hot and humid outside, room temperature was adequate at all times. Cool pool areas and theming. Very highly recommended

Very friendly and helpful staff. The interior is gorgeous and very comfortable. Love their wilderness and rustic lodge theme. Nice outdoor restaurant with views of the water - we also watched the evening water show from the viewpoint here.

This is the morning of our last day at Wilderness Lodge and it has been absolutely great. This is the third time we have had a two week stay at Wilderness Lodge so what more can I say! The room was perfect thoroughly cleaned every day and most days the room was serviced in good time. We had a lovely courtyard view. The pools are lovely, we went in both but strangely preferred the main pool, as the life guards that are present kept their eye on families with young children so adults were not constantly jumped in on unlike Boulder Ridge pool. The only other negative would be the saving of sun beds/pool furniture. At times, the pool was quite quiet but almost all pool furniture had towels or random personal items which had been left on purpose. The entertainment at the main pool was fun for all so well done. We ate at the Geyser Bar and the Roaring Fork; also enjoyed drinks in the Territory Lounge and these were good. My only suggestion is the Geyser Bar could do with a bit of a clean. The tables and floor area need attention. Especially the floor near the bar. Cast members were great!! Everyone we had contact with was so friendly, professional and hard working. Thank you!!! The location of the Resort is perfect for us. We enjoy eating and having a drink at the monorail resorts so love to take the boat. Especially now the Contemporary Resort boat is back. Also perfect for Magic Kingdom. We had a car but when we did use the buses they all arrived in very good time with very minimal wait. When you arrive at the Lodge the look and feel of the whole place is breathtaking! We love it! Also the smell when you enter is so good. All in all I would absolutely recommend it.

Absolutely incredible, best hotel we have stayed in at Disney, the restaurant may not be to everybody’s taste, however, the experience makes up for this. Highly recommend club level - 100% worth the extra cost. A short boat ride away from magic kingdom and a bus ride to the other parks. Beautiful hotel, amazing club perks, overall wonderful.

We went for another week at the lodge. We love this hotel and we stopped counting how many times we’ve been there. For the next 2 years however we will have to find something else. There is outside maintenance work for the next 2 years and Disney occupies even rooms where you can’t use the balcony. Close the door and curtain for privacy is what Disney states in a letter in the room. Really? We don’t mind hearing or seeing some maintenance work and understand the need but after 2 full days having a painter and other maintenance staff at our balcony we asked to be moved. Special thank you to Arlene of the front desk who handled this professionally and turned our disappointed first half of the week into a magical 2nd half of the week. We didn’t see her anymore, but thank you Arlene! The solution is simple: don’t rent out the rooms that are on the outside maintenance schedule that goes week by week.

Currently staying at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, or should that be Disney’s Construction Site! Heavy machinery and men outside my balcony door every weekday for the past week, apparently painting the building. Not sure why this needs to happen during peak season but it is. The front desk don’t know how long the building works will take, they’ve offered an alternative room on the third floor but given that the cherry picker is going up and down they don’t think that’ll be any quieter. My balcony was painted the other day rendering that out of use; the workmen just slapped a sticker on the window that morning to say out of use. I’m I was staying in a cheap hotel in Spain I could understand it… But I’m not! I’m paying premium money to stay at a Disney 5 star resort and the experience is very poor!! It’s a rip off and very much spoiling our premium vacation. The staff are very friendly but saying ‘have a nice day’ to me all the time whilst not addressing these issues rings hollow! I won’t be staying here again, I doubt I’ll try a Disney property again, my advice is to spend your premium money elsewhere

Great experience to stay here! Finally got to as it’s been on my bucket list! I got a great summer rate. I loved my Sunrise view from our water view room on the 6th floor. Getting up early to see sunrise on the lake is a must. I really enjoyed roaring forks food court as I thought the food was good and a nice cozy area to sit and eat. With The summer heat we enjoyed the pool a lot. Night time swim was Magical! Having the boat ride to Magic Kingdom was a big plus! Also you can easily take boat to Contemporary after 3 which was great for visiting resorts on Monrail to get a bite to eat. Definitely got to try the Campfire cupcake if you stay here! The best !!
