I will never stay in this hotel again. The fan in the room is so noisy that I can't sleep. I don't know what's going on in the toilet, it makes noises every now and then.

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy. There is a free shuttle bus to Universal. The hotel facilities are quite complete. There is a swimming pool and a small garden next to it.

The front desk service is very good, patient, meticulous and enthusiastic.
The environment is quiet, not noisy, and the transportation is convenient.
The facilities are complete and quite new.
The hygiene is also very good, and it is very convenient to go to Universal Studios.
