多年前住過1次，這次體驗更好。入住前就有一位尾號4630的前台美女電話聯繫並詢問入住是否有特殊需求；入住時免費升級了房間，陸美女很nice的幫助送行李並介紹了酒店的服務設施、北海的主要景點和周邊的餐飲情況。給前台的各位點贊！這個季節在這裏無論是在房間還是在酒店對面的海上棧橋，吹海風、曬太陽可比夏天好多了。

在北海香格里拉住了4晚，非常滿意，酒店設施一應俱全，而且提供了很多趕海的服務，可以借用拖鞋，工具之類的，非常方便。酒店的中餐廳品質也挺好的。住店期間朋友生日，酒店還給準備了蛋糕，中餐廳還有長壽麪，非常貼心。特別感謝前台小姐姐Lulu幫了很多忙～

前台服務熱情周到，知道我們去潿洲島，特意安排接送。早餐西式中式都有，酒店自製豆腐腦。專屬沙灘，很大的停車場，籃球場，二塊網球場。設施雖老，但地毯是新的。乾淨，整潔，不負老品牌。
