忍不了了，我得好好説説。我也是住了很多次艾菲，無論是攜程還是他那個公眾號還有微信號程小麗。我之前入住也想着息事寧人，住的不好的房間體驗我也儘量能忍的都忍了。這次不一樣，以後都不會再住了。首先是入住，入住的時候就前台董小姐説給我升個房，我説行，然後她説看我住的頻率比較高，要不要辦張會員卡，但是我婉拒了。等到入住，就直接發現這個問題了，淋浴是壞的，然後水温一直不高，放了10多分鐘，一直都沒什麼温度，然後我去找攜程反饋，攜程聯繫前台董小姐上來處理，然後檢查了熱水和淋浴，確實有問題，但是沒説換房間，説的是去其他房間洗澡，然後再回來住。我本來覺得沒啥，但是我對象一進另一個房間，就看到了如圖所示的房間，堪比戰鬥現場，我對象覺得膈應，且不方便，因為洗漱都得去另一個房間去洗漱，然後還是別人用過的，大晚上女生裹個浴巾出去洗澡，然後再回房間睡覺，這合理嗎？？這不合理吧？然後後面再解決，説的是換房間，換到另一個房間，結果還是同樣的問題，水温堪比沒有，根本沒法用熱水，酒店不就是兩個部分嗎，一個入住睡覺，一個淋浴洗漱方面，這不應該是酒店的本分,最基本的功能嗎？？？而且董小姐還説就這麼一個其他的房間可以進行居住了。諾大一個酒店，我看挺多房間是空的，但是並未進行打掃？是不打算開了還是？？？這是酒店管理的問題吧？？董小姐服務態度很好，也是耐心的解答並且給出方案，但是這根本行不通。如果不是衣服已經進行了清洗，真的就想到的直接退房然後換一家酒店了。這次入住，是住這麼久的酒店以來，最差的一次入住體驗，並且這家酒店永遠不會再來。
