The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry. That is definitely a plus if you want to travel light and not carry too many clothes. The location is also very convenient and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel. We enjoyed our experience in this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future if we visit Beijing again.

Bedroom is nice and comfortable. Shower works well. The bed is also comfortable. Really enjoyed the laundry service. I found it very convenient to wash and dry my clothes. There was also a good ironing equipment. The room was cleaned everyday. They would leave new bottles of water everyday. Location is also great. The metro station is closed and there are good shopping malls nearby with lots of places to eat and choose from.

Front desk not speak english then make hard to communicate but other thing are fine. Room does not had heater but able to request small heater, it does not make room hot bit enough for human stay in the room not too cold. First floor does not have good view. Breakfast is variety combined with some local food.

Staff don't have a warm or friendly service attitude in general, no smiles except for one female staff (quite tall, no glasses, maybe early 30s, slightly bigger build). Luckily the hotel is still new because housekeeping is not very good. Room was pretty dusty including thy air exhaust filter and even after I said so, it didn't get much better. For some strange reason, housekeeping kept leaving me with 3 new toothbrushes every other day! Quite strange since I never asked for any. Also, the in room cups were NEVER washed in the 6 days I stayed there and the hotel gave the reason that some hotel guests don't want things moved around. Sounds quite ridiculous since they provide coffee and tea in the room and yet don't wash the cups. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first time I've encountered this. The metro is also not that close by, and I ended up taking Didi or the bus most of the time.

Everything fine except nobody was able to speak English and no help to book the visit to Tiananmen Square.

The showerhead did not work properly and the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Upon entering the room i found dirty stains on the floor, and on the table from a sticky blue substance. Also there was no hand soap available and when i asked the hotel they told me they do not provide hand soap.

The hotel is located at a convenient spot, about 10mins walk from YongAnLi station. The rooms are clean and basic amenities are provided. The perks of the hotel is that the laundry (including detergent) and dryer are free of charge. There is a simple and compact gym that can at any point in time only hold 3 pax (0900hrs-2100hrs). Gym towels are provided 👍🏼 The hotel is really decent except there were some other tourists smoking in the hotel rooms and you can smell it along the corridor.

In front of the window of the room was a wall. No view to outside, feeling like a jail room. Not so many choice of food at breakfast. Room cleaning was ok but toilet paper was not filled.

Even though there was a language barrier, the hotel staff was very helpful with all of our enquiries. They went the extra mile to help us feel at home. The location hotel was at a great, about 10 minutes away from the nearest station (if you want to travel budget). They offer excellent breakfast, room service, and the room was tidy and has USB port plugs, which saves the hassle to bring your charger. Definitely recommend this hotel for those who stays in Beijing for holidays.
