The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Otel bulunduğu lokasyona bakıldığında konfor açısından biraz geride. Örnek olarak SPA merkezi bakımsız ve kullanışsız. Ancak ortak kullanım alanlarında personel ilgili ve özverili çalışıyor. Misafir ilişkilerinde Semira hanım,Bar çalışanları Selim,Ebru,Can,Ayşe ve şefleri Ersen güleryüzlü ve nazik yaklaşımlarıyla fark yaratıyor. Disko personeli ise neden geldiniz der gibi davranıyor.

Bizim için verilen özel oda çok iyiydi. Çok geniş ferah ve rahattı. Yiyecekler lezzetli, içecekler kaliteli idi. Personelin güler yüzlü olması ve çözüm odaklı davranmaları bizi mutlu etti. Çocuk kulübüne kızım aşık oldu. İnternet bağlantısı dışında her şey mükemmeldi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Die Bedienung war sehr schlecht. Teilweise schon mit essen fertig und man wurde immernoch nicht gefragt was man zu trinken möchte.
Dann sprechen die Kellner untereinander auf Türkisch und streiten darüber dass keiner bestimmte Tische bedienen will weil sie die Sprache nicht verstehen.
Von dem Essen hatten wir beide Magen & Darm Beschwerden.
Reinigungskräfte machen immer wieder Anmerkungen um mehr Trinkgeld zu kriegen.
Also das ist alles andere als Luxury.

We spent wonderful vacation in December in this hotel. That was our third time (one in summer, two in December). Normally I do not write reviews, but this hotel deserve positive feedback. During december weather is a lottery, a little bit of a rain, but hotel is full of attractions you can attend, heated two swimming pools, super gym, super spa, super bars, super bowling and super in house mini club. Bars outside are open regardless the weather. We spent outside every possible moment as when sun was shining it was warm enough to take sunbath. Food and sweets was really delicious, bars offer imported brands of alcohols all inclusive. Cocktails are served in beautiful glasses and super decorations. Stuff was very helpful and always smiled. I was very surprised when hotel organized birthsday attractions for my wife and did not charge us for that meaning ballons, decorations in the hotel room, birthday cake with fireworks, champagne in bar and singing stuff. Thank you for that! that was magical moments for us. We were also invited by the hotel to one of paid ala carte restaurant. Susesi thank you once again. For sure we will visit you again :) Rafal with family
