The hotel will not stand in the customer's point of view to consider the problem, two months in advance of the room want to cancel, the hotel does not agree, will never live in the future. Breakfast is mediocre, little variety and bad. What's more, the housekeeper swiped her card into my room before I checked out. It was terrifying. I'm still in bed!

This room is not small in the UK hotel, and it has a small kitchen, new tableware and bath towels. We cooked a meal here. This hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station, and is within walking distance of the city hall, the Aifa Memorial Tower, The big fish, the pedestrian street, the railway station and other places. It is very convenient to travel. The ground floor of the hotel is a bar and restaurant, which is very lively. The decoration is warm and bright, and it is very popular among young people.

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding anniversary and it was a lovely hotel. From the minute we set foot at reception, we found the staff to be efficient and friendly. The hotel has a nice bar area too and its about a 2 minute walk from all the attractions of the cathedral quarter. The standard room was great. It was Clean, modern and quiet. All the usual hotel things like tv, en-suite (which again was clean and the shower was great). Our room was at the back of the hotel and while not a fantastic view, it was nice to see the H&W cranes in the distance and despite a busy road outside and a railway line, the noise was minimal. Breakfast was nice although the only option for the eggs were scrambled, however im sure if I'd asked they'd have done me a poached or fried egg. Its a buffet style breakfast and if I have only one criticism, its that it wasnt topped up as well as it could be. The staples like bacon etc were topped up, but pastries and the continental selection were kind of sp**** and not topped up each morning we were there. That aside, there was plenty to eat and drink and a nice touch is the takeout cups. It meant I could take a coffee on my travels which is great and saves a few quid from the coffee shops etc. I look forward to returning to the Ramada again as it was a lovely experience. Thank you also for the voucher for a glass of wine free for my wife and I because it was our anniversary. That was a lovely touch.

The room was lovely and perfect for what I needed and wanted. If there was anyone else I think it would be too small. The room was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and gave me some amazing advice whilst I was staying there. Nothing seemed like it was too much for any member of staff I encountered. The location was central to where I wanted to be and there were maps at reception for when Google maps decided not to work. There was also free WiFi which was nice. The bed was also EXTREMELY comfortable. A couple of things which weren't ideal but also things they can't change easily. The breakfast I found awkward so I tended to not go and opted for a coffee which I would take back to my room. I found it quite intense with the layout of the breakfast but I know it's not for everyone. There also weren't a lot of power outlets in the room and the TV was a bit of a farse to get working. However, I would 100% stay again if I was back in that direction of the world.

The Ibis hotel in Belfast, like all Ibises, is a transit hotel. Very little interaction with the staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but for this hotel it was rather well optimized. The food is very basic. We did not try the breakfasts. The Ibis hotel is well positioned for visits, however as it does not have parking, you have to plan for an additional cost if you are by car. The main thing is that we slept well there.

Myself and my wife came here with my sisters and their husbands for an early 60th birthday celebration. An absolutely fabulous apartment. The decor is modern, the furniture contemporary and in excellent condition. From us getting the keys, to our leaving, the hosts were professional and very accommodating. They really seemed like they wanted you to have a great time both staying with them, and staying in Belfast. The apartment itself is situated just a three minute walk from the City Hall and is just along the road from the Europa hotel and the famous Crown Liquor Saloon. It's about a twenty five minute walk to the Titanic Museum and about the same amount of time to the Ulster Museum (Both highly recommended). It's also within walking distance to the Falls Road and Shanklin Road where there are great murals to be seen. I noticed there is a single one-star review on Tripadvisor, where they write about the photos on the host's website not resembling the rooms and the hosts being untruthful. In my opinion, and from my experience, that one bad review should be totally ignored. The apartment rooms we stayed in were exactly as described, and photographed. We had a fantastic stay in a great apartment! Thank you, you were perfect hosts, you provided great communication and I'd highly recommend a stay here to anyone!

A three-day stay here fully made my trip memorable. The hotel and staff more than fulfilled my expectations. From the helpful, warm welcome to the wonderfully spacious room (I’ve never had this without paying a premium for a larger room in a chain hotel) to the open and friendly restaurant staff and cleaning staff… nothing was missing! The quiet room I requested was granted (can’t control the noise guests make unfortunately.) Walking around the area near the hotel has so much to offer without venturing much further. It reminded me of why I so like this part of the world.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.

Apartments were lovely but will never ever go again checked out 7 days ago still haven’t gotten my deposit back, I was not told about the deposit until I was checking in, I was told it was a preauthorisation and would get it a few days after I checked out upon checking out I was told it would be 2 weeks (by a different person) 7 days later no refund it’s January and bills have to be paid so I am not happy! I was also told I had to pay for parking upon check in again nothing on the website about this. A disgrace trying to get money out of people after they have already paid for their trip. Might I also add I emailed regarding the deposit 4 days ago And no one in dream apartments bothered to reply to my email I understand in retail it’s busy but 4 days later no reply what a joke I will never recommend this place to stay ever to anyone

Bank Square Townhouse won't tell you your room will be right beside a busy pub/beer garden, in fact no one will mention it until you annoyingly find out for yourself. They're more than happy to take your money but they conveniently forget to inform you, you'll need to bring the world's best ear plugs to have any chance of getting a good nights sleep! I don't appreciate that at all especially when they're charging over a 100euro per night! For that sizeable sum you get to fall asleep to the sound of drunk yobs screaming and heckling one another into the wee hours with loud music blaring in the background. The constant sound of drunks hollering at each other right outside your window won't stop until at least 1am from Sun-Wed but if you're really unlucky you'll get to hear them until at least 2am from Thurs- Sat, by the time everyone leaves. The yelling, jeering, vomiting and at times, drunken crying is so loud you almost feel like you're down there with them all, so if that's what you're looking for when you put your head on the pillow - you've come to the perfect place! As if that wasn’t bad enough some of these drunks can end up in the room beside you after the pub has closed, so instead of the noise going away it actually gets amplified like it did during my stay. When I reported my noise complaint to reception, no one came to quieten these intoxicated people down. There was literally 3-4 men in a room beside me jumping around and shouting at each other until the next morning. The hotel said someone should have come to address the noise inside the room as that is their policy. That sounds great but there’s a big difference between what is policy and what is reality. No one came, so only God knows what that night duty employee does with himself all night if he’s not ensuring paying guests are ok. It’s literally the number 1 thing you’re supposed to do on a night duty shift but in this hotel they don’t even bother to check their inbox to see if anyone has reported anything. The level of incompetence is ridiculous. The night duty fiasco just exemplifies this hotel, without the pub/beer garden next door yes, the hotel would be in a great location, but the reality is there is a big drinking area beside this establishment and that means paying guests get hit with a mountain of noise every single night. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in different city centers, this place is by far the worst one, for one simple reason..you don’t get a decent night’s sleep at all. It should be a hotel for deaf people only.

GGuest UserTerrible experience staying here from start to finish, after being cancelled two days before we were due to stay in dream apartments st thomas hall they changed us to obel tower. I made a point we were travelling as a family with a 3 month old baby and needed a cot. Once we arrived to obel tower and were checking in the girl at recieption told us she thinks the keys she gave us should open the door to our apartment but if not come back down! That was the least of my problems even though that was terrible customer service not my job to check keys! We arrived at our room and the door was laying wide open, walked into apartment and it was freezing as all the windows were laying open bare in mind it was december! The blinds were hanging off the rails with blinds missing and as i wanted to feed my baby in privacy as there was a business block across from us with a man working in it i couldnt even close th blinds properly for some privacy as i fed my baby! Thats not all… there was a pair of socks laying on the sofa the room was disgusting stains all over the floor and only the fact me and my fiance had a alcoholic drink we would have went home the cot was rotten the bed covers were dirty, there was no toilet roll in the apartment absalute joke of a place and i paid £98 to stay there! It ruined my weekend i couldnt wait to go home. So once i got home i emailed the apartment and a man brian sinclair then phoned me i told him about my stay and he was very apologetic and told me to send over the photos i had took of the apartment he told me he would get back to me with how they were going to resolve this problem…. I waited and waited and rang and emailed multiple times and noone has ever got back to me terrible customer service so i warn people stay clear from there its disgusting!!
